का.वन.आ. 35.—राष्ट्रपवत, संविधान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त शवियों का प्रयोग करते हुए रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा
अनुसंधान तथा विकास संगठन, समूह ‘ग’ (अवि शमन सेिा) पि भती वनयम, 2011 में संशोधन करने के वलए एतद्द्वारा वनिखिवलव त
वनयम बनाते हैं, अथाात्:-
1.
संवक्षप्त शीर्ाक तथा प्रारंभ – (1) इन वनयमों का संवक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान तथा विकास संगठन, समूह ‘ग’
(अवि शमन सेिा) पि भती (संशोधन) वनयम, 2017 है ।
(2)
ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारी को प्रिृत्त होंगे ।

रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान तथा विकास संगठन समूह ‘ग’ (अवि शमन सेिा) पि भती वनयम, 2011 में, -
(1) वनयम 3 में शब्ि “िेतन बैंड तथा ग्रेड िेतन, िेतनमान” और “िेतन बैंड तथा ग्रेड िेतन, िेतनमान” जहां भी िे विद्यमान हों,
के स्थान पर “िेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर” शब्िों को र ा जाएगा;
(2) अनुसूची में ;-

(क) स्टेशन अवधकारी पि के वलए,-
(i) स्तंभ (4) में, शीर्ाक के वलए, वनिखिवलव त शीर्ाक र ा जाएगा अथाात्:-
“िेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर”
(ii) स्तंभ (4) के अंतगात प्रविवियों के वलए वनिखिवलव त प्रविवियां र ी जाएंगी, अथाातः-
“िेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-5 (29200-92300)”;
(iii) स्तंभ (11) में
(क) उप-शीर्ाक पिोन्नवत के अंतगात,
(1) िोनों स्थानों पर विद्यमान “िेतन बैंड-1, रु. 5200-20200 + ग्रेड िेतन रु. 2000” प्रविवियों के स्थान पर प्रविवियां “िेतन मैट्रिक्स
में स्तर-3 (21700-69100)” र ी जाएंगी;
( ) स्थानांतरण के संबंध में उप-शीर्ाक के अंतगातः- सीवमत विभागीय प्रवतयोगी परीक्षा के माध्यम से “िेतन बैंड-1, (5200-20200) रु.
में ग्रेड िेतन रु. 2800 रु.” की प्रविवियों के स्थान पर “िेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-5 (29200-92300 रु.)” की प्रविवियों को र ा जाएगा;
(ग) पिोन्नवत के संबंध में उप-शीर्ाक के अंतगातः- सीवमत विभागीय प्रवतयोगी परीक्षा के माध्यम से “िेतन बैंड-1, (5200-20200) रु. में
ग्रेड िेतन 2400 रु.” की प्रविवियों के स्थान पर “िेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-4 (25500-81100 रु.)” की प्रविवियों को र ा जाएगा;
( ) प्रमु फायरमैन के पि के वलए
(i) स्तंभ (4) के अंतगात प्रविवियों के वलए वनिखिवलव त प्रविवियां र ी जाएंगी, अथाात्:-
“िेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-3 (21700-69100 रु.)”;
(ii) स्तंभ (11) में,-
(क) उप-शीर्ाक पिोन्नवत के अंतगातः-
(i) “िेतन बैंड-1, (5200-20200) रु. + ग्रेड िेतन 1900 रु.” की प्रविवियां जहां भी हों, के स्थान पर “िेतन मैट्रिक्स में
स्तर-2 (19900-63200 रु.)” की प्रविवियों को र ा जाएगा;
(ii) “िेतन बैंड-1, (5200-20200) + ग्रेड िेतन 1800 रु.” की प्रविवियां जहां भी हों, के स्थान पर “िेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-1
(18000+56900 रु.)” की प्रविवियों को र ा जाएगा;
(ग) फायरमैन के पि के वलए –
(i) स्तंभ (4) के अंतगात प्रविवियों के वलए वनिखिवलव त प्रविवियां र ी जाएंगी, अथाात्:-
“िेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-2(19900-63200रु.)”।

S.R.O. 35.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President
hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation
Group ‘C’ (Fire Service) posts Recruitment Rules, 2011 namely :-
1.
Short Title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and
Development Organisation Group ‘C’ (Fire Service) posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation Group ‘C’ (Fire Service) posts,
Recruitment Rules, 2011,-
(1)
in rule 3, for the words “Pay Band and Grade Pay, Pay Scale” and “Pay.
Band and Grade Pay, Scale of Pay’’ wherever they occur, the words “Level in the Pay Matrix’’ shall be
substituted;
(2)
in the Schedule, -
(a)
against the post of Station Officer, -
(i)
in column (4), for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level in the pay matrix’’;
(ii)
for the entries under column (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
“Level-5(29200-92300) in the pay matrix’’;
(iii)
in column (11),-
(A) under the sub-heading Promotion, (1) for the entries of “Pay Band-1, Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs.2000’’,
occurring at both the places, the entries “level-3 (Rs.21700-69100) in the pay matrix’’ shall be substituted;
(B)
under the sub-heading relating to Transfer: - Through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, for the
entries ‘’Pay Band-1 (Rs.5200-20200) with Grade Pay of Rs.2800’’, the entries “level-5 (Rs.29200-92300) in the pay
matrix’’ shall be substituted ;
(C)
under the sub-heading relating to Promotion:- Through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, for the
entries “Pay Band-1 (Rs.5200-20200) with Grade Pay of Rs.2400’’, the entries “level-4 (Rs.25500-81100) in the pay
matrix’’ shall be substituted ;
(b)
against the post of Leading Fireman
(i)
for the entries under column (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level-3 (Rs.21700-69100) in the pay matrix’’;
(ii)
in column (11),-
(A)
under the sub-heading Promotion:-
(i)
for the entries “Pay Band-1 (Rs. 5200-20200) + Grade Pay of Rs.1900’’ wherever they occur, the
entry “level-2 (Rs.19900-63200) in the pay matrix’’ shall be substituted ;
(ii)
for the entries “Pay Band -1 (Rs. 5200-20200) + Grade Pay of Rs.1800, the entry “level-1
(Rs.18000-56900) in the pay matrix’’ shall be substituted ;

against the post of Fireman. -
(i)
for entries under column (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
