(1) इन वनयमों का संविप्त नाम वित्त मंत्रालय, व्यय विभाग स्टाफ कार चालक (श्रेणी-I), स्टाफ कार चालक (श्रेणी-II),

श्रेणी), सिार हलकारा / स्कूटर चालक और ज्येष्ट स्‍टेरनर आपरेटर (समूह ‘ग’ पि) 2013 (वजसे इसमें इसके पश्चाि उि वनयम

कहा गया है) में वनम्नवलविि वनयम रिा जाएगा, अर्ााि्:—

“पि की संख्या िगीकरण और िेिन मैट्रिक्स में स्िर.–उि पिों की संख्या उसका िगीकरण और िेिन मैट्रिक्स में स्िर

िह होगा जो इन वनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्िंभ (2) से स्िंभ (4) में विवनदिष्ट है।”

उि वनयमों की अनुसूची में,—

(क) स्टाफ कार चालक, श्रेणी- I के पि से संबंवधि क्रम संख्या के सामने‍(अ) स्िंभ (4) में,—

(i) शीर्ाक के स्र्ान पर वनम्नवलविि शीर्ाक रिा जाएगा, अर्ााि्:—

“िेिन मैट्रिक्स में स्िर’’,

(ii) विद्यमान प्रविवष्ट के स्र्ान पर वनम्नवलविि प्रविवष्ट रिी जाएगी, अर्ााि्:—

“स्िर -5 (29200-92300/- रु.)’’,

(आ) स्िंभ (II) में ‘‘प्रोन्नवि’’ उपशीर्ाक के अधीन—

(i) शब्िों‍और‍अंकों‍के‍स्र्ान‍पर‍“िेिन‍बैंड-I,‍5200-20200/-रु.+ग्रेड‍िेिन‍2400‍रु.‍शब्ि,‍अंक‍और

G.S.R. 241.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Staff Car Driver

Grade-I, Staff Car Driver Grade-II, Staff Car Driver – Ordinary Grade, Dispatch Rider/Scooters Drivers and Senior

Gestetner Operator (Group ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:—

(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Staff Car Driver Grade-I, Staff

Car Driver Grade-II, Staff Car Driver - Ordinary Grade, Dispatch Rider/Scooters Drivers and Senior Gestetner Operator

(Group ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Staff Car Driver Grade-I, Staff Car Driver Grade-II, Staff

Car Driver – Ordinary Grade, Dispatch Rider/Scooters Drivers and Senior Gestetner Operator (Group ‘C’ Posts)

Recruitment Rules, 2013, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted,

namely:-

“2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.– The number of post, their classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules”.

In the said rules, in the Schedule,—

(a)

against serial number 1 relating to the post of Staff Car Driver Grade-I,—

(A) in column (4),—

(i) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:—

“Level in the pay matrix”;

(ii) for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—

“Level 5 (Rs.29200-92300/-)”;

(B) in column (11), under sub-heading “Promotion’’,-

(i)

for the words and figures “Pay Band -1, Rs. 5200-20200 (PB1) with Grade Pay of Rs.2400”,

the words, figures and letters “Level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs.25500-81100/-)” shall be

substituted;

(ii) Note 2 shall be omitted;

(b)

against serial number 2 relating to the post of Staff Car Driver Grade-II,-

(A) for the entries under column (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Level-4 (Rs.25500-81100/-)”;

(B) in column (11), under sub-heading “Promotion,-

for the words and figures “Pay-Band –1, Rs.5200-20200 (PB1) with Grade Pay of Rs.1900”,

G.S.R. 242.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Central Ground Water Board, Cleaner, Group ‘C’ Post Recruitment

Rules, 2010, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes

the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Cleaner in the Ministry of Water Resources, River

Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Ground Water Board, namely:—

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, Central Ground

Water Board, Cleaner, Group ’C’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2017.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and level in the

pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and

other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification.—No person,—

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in

accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 244.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Soil and Land Use Survey of India (Senior System Analyst) Recruitment Rules, 2015, except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior System Analyst in the Soil and Land Use Survey of India,

Department of Agriculture, Co-operation and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, namely:-

Short title and commencement :- (1) These rules may be called the Soil and Land Use Survey of India (Senior

System Analyst) Recruitment Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix:- The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc. — The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

Disqualification: - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax:- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax

any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving:- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen, and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.
