S.R.O. 66.—In exercise of the powers vested under Section 2 (f) of Works of Defence Act, 1903, the Central
Government hereby authorises the District Collector/Deputy Commissioner/Commissioner of the revenue districts of all
the States and Union Territories of the Indian Union as listed under first Schedule of the Indian Constitution to perform
the functions of a Collector under absolute sections of the aforesaid Act in their respective Districts.
