G.S.R. 56.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President
hereby makes the following rules to amend the Sashastra Seema Bal, Staff Car Drivers Group ‘C’ posts, Recruitment
Rules, 2011, namely:—
1.
(1) These rules may be called the Sashastra Seema Bal, Staff Car Drivers Group ‘C’ posts, Recruitment
(Amendment) Rules 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Sashastra Seema Bal, Staff Car Drivers Group ‘C’ posts, Recruitment Rules, 2011,-
(I)
for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

against the post at serial number 1 relating to Staff Car Driver (Grade-I),-
(i)
for the heading to column (4), the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-

in the entries under column (11),-
(A) against the heading “Promotion”, for the words “with five years regular service in the grade”, the words and

and Customs, Chief Accounts Officer (Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:-

These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise
and Customs, Chief Accounts Officer (Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2)
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs, Chief Accounts
Officer (Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following
shall be substituted, namely:-

G.S.R 58.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President
hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of
Health Services, National Medical Library, Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,
Directorate General of Health Services, National Medical Library, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services, National Medical Library,
Recruitment Rules, 2016 (herein after referred to as principle rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted,
namely:-
"2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix or pay scale.— The number of posts, their classification
and the level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule
annexed to these rules".
3. In the principal rules, in the Schedule,—
(a)
against serial number 1, relating to the post of Director (Library), -
(i) in column (4), for the heading and the entries relating thereto, the following heading and entries shall be
