REGULATIONS FOR HANDLING OF GOVT. EXPLOSIVES AT THE PORT OF JNPT, URAN, NAVI MUMBAI BY

THE INDIAN NAVY

No.—The Central Government hereby makes the following amendment at Para 1, 7(C), 8 and 13(i), (ii) & (iii) in

the Gazette Notification No. DL((N) -04/0007/2003- 05 dt. 03 Jan 2009 (PAUSA 13, 1930) namely “Regulations for

handling of explosives at the port of JNPT, Uran, Navi Mumbai by the Indian Navy”. In regulations for the import/export/

transportation and handling of Government Explosives/Armaments/Ammunition and related stores at the Port of JNPT, Uran,

Navi Mumbai by the Indian Navy.
