S.R.O. 8.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules to amend the Army Factory Canteens Employees, Group ‘B’ posts Recruitment

Rules, 2013, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Army Factory Canteens Employees,

Group ‘B’ posts Recruitment( Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Army Factory Canteens Employees, Group ‘B’ posts Recruitment Rules, 2013,-

(1) for Rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

“2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the post, its

classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to

(4) of the said Schedule ’’.

(2) in the schedule.-

(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column

heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Level in Pay Matrix

In the Ministry of Defence, Army Civilian Motor Driver (Group ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2016.

(i) For rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Army Group ‘C’ (Boot Maker) Recruitment Rules, 2011,

namely:-

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Army Group ‘C’ (Boot Maker)

Recruitment ( Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Army Group ‘C’ (Boot Maker) Recruitment Rules, 2011, for Rule 2, the following rule shall be

substituted, namely:-

ननरहािा.—वह व्यनि,-

(क) नजसने ऐसे व्यनि से नजसका पनि या नजसकी पत्नी जीनवि हैं, नववाह दकया है; या

(ि) नजसने अपने पनि या अपनी पत्नी के जीनवि रहिे हुए दकसी व्यनि से नववाह दकया है,

उि पि पर ननयुनि का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्िु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जािा है दक ऐसा नववाह उस व्यनि और नववाह के अन्य पक्षकार

को लागू स्वीय नवनध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के नलए अन्य आधार हैं िो वह दकसी व्यनि को इस ननयम के

प्रविान से छूि िे सकेगी।

5.

नशनथल करने की शनि.—जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय है दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह

उसके नलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेिबद्ध करके, िथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामशा करके, इन ननयमों के दकसी उपबंध को

दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यनियों की बाबि, आिेश द्वारा नशनथल कर सकेगी।

6.

व्यावृनत्त.– इन ननयमों की कोई बाि, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूि और अन्य टरयायिों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,

नजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी दकए गए आिेशों के अनुसार अनुसूनचि जानियों, अनुसूनचि

जनजानियों, अन्य नपछडे वगों, भूिपूवा सैननकों और अन्य नवशेर् प्रवगा के व्यनियों के नलए उपबंध करना अपेनक्षि है।

टिप्पण : जहां ऐसे कननष्ठ व्यनियों के संबंध में, नजन्होंने अपनी अहाक या पात्रिा सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्ननि के नलए नवचार

दकया जा रहा हो, वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यनियों के संबंध में भी नवचार दकया जाएगा परंिु यह िब जब दक उसके द्वारा की गई

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Telephone Supervisor in the Indian Air

Force, namely;-

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Indian Air Force, Telephone

Supervisor, Group ‘B’ post Recruitment Rules, 2018.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the posts, its classification

and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment to the said post, age-

limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.—No person,–

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age- limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and

other special category of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

परन्िु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जािा है दक ऐसा नववाह ऐसे व्यनक् ि और नववाह के अन्य पक्षकार

को लागू स्वीय नवनध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के नलए अन्य आधार हैं िो वह दकसी व्यनक् ि को इस ननयम के

नशनथल करने की शनक् ि.—जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय है दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह

उसके नलए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेिबद्ध करके, इन ननयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यनक् ियों की बावि,

आिेश द्वारा नशनथल कर सकेगी।

6.

व्यावृनत्त.—इन ननयमों की कोई बाि, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूि और अन्य टरयायिों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,

नजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर ननकाले गए आिेशों के अनुसार अनुसूनचि जानियों, अनुसूनचि

S.R.O. 13.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution

and in supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Signals Intelligence Directorate, General Staff Branch,

Army Headquarters, (Data Entry Operator Group ‘C’ post) Recruitment Rules, 1999 except as respects

things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Data Entry Operator Grade ‘B’ in the Signals

Intelligence Directorate, General Staff Branch, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army),

Ministry of Defence, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Signal

Intelligence Directorate, Defence Staff Headquarters, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence

(Army) Data Entry Operator Grade ‘B’ (Group ‘C’ post) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and Level in the Pay Matrix.—The number of the said post, its

classification and Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the

Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-

limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of

the above said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.- No person,

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or,

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds

for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient

so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules

with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other

concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward

Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the

Central Government from time to time in this regard.

number of candidates belonging to these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be
