ADVERTISEMENT OF PETITION

Notice is hereby given that upon the Petition of the Petitioner under Sections 433(e) and 434 of the Companies

Act, 1956 for the winding up of the above Respondent Company by the Hon’ble High Court at New Delhi was

presented on 03.02.2017 and that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court on 18.07.2018 at 10.30 A.M.

Any creditor, contributory or other person desirous of supporting or opposing the making of any order on the

said Petition should send to the Official Liquidator who has been appointed as the Provisional Liquidator on

03.02.2017, notice of his intention signed by him or his advocate with his name and address, so as to reach the Official

Liquidator not later than five (5) days before the date fixed for the hearing of the petition i.e. 18.07.2018 and appear at

the hearing for the purpose in person or by his advocate. A copy of petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any

creditor or contributory on payment of the prescribed charges for the same.

Any affidavit intended to be used in opposition to the petition should be filed in the Court, and a copy be

served on the undersigned not less than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing.
