No. 1/13/2013-PD.—In continuation to this Office Notification of even number dated 23.03.2017, reconstituting the
Governing Body of CSIR for a period of three years with effect from 6th January, 2017, it is further notified for general
information that consequent upon the superannuation of Dr. Madhu Dikshit, former Director, CSIR-Central Drug Research
Institute (CDRI), Lucknow, she ceases to be the member of the Governing Body of CSIR. The Hon’ble Prime Minister of
India in his capacity as President, CSIR has approved the nomination of Dr. Ram A. Vishwakarma, Director, CSIR-Indian
Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM), Jammu in place of Dr. Madhu Dikshit, as a member of Governing Body of CSIR
under the category of ‘Directors of two National Laboratories’ [Rule 29(iii)] of CSIR Rules & Regulations for the remaining
tenure of the present Governing Body of CSIR, i.e. upto 05.01.2020 vide PMO ID No. 640/52/C/04/2010-E&S-2 (4783940)
dated 23.03.2018.
