नाम एवं पता सिहत, इस कार भेजे क अधोहतारी के पास अिधकतम यािचका के िलए सुनवाई हेतु िनयत ितिथ अथात

Notice is hereby given that a petition Under Section 433(e) & (f) read with section 434 of the Companies for

the winding up of the above Respondent Company by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on 11.01.2017 was presented by

Rajni Anand, 79, R.P.S. Colony, Sheikh Sarai, Phase-1, New Delhi-110017 and that the said petition is directed to be

heard before the Court on 13.08.2018 at 10.30 A.M.

Any Creditor, contributory or other person desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the

said petition should send to the under mentioned notice of his intention signed by him or his advocate with his name

and address, so as to reach the under mentioned not later than 5 days before the date fixed for hearing of the petition

i.e. 13.08.2018 and appear at the hearing for the purpose in person or by his advocate. A copy of the petition will be

furnished by undersigned to any creditor or contributory on payment of the prescribed charges for the same.

Any affidavit intended to be used in opposition to the petition should be filed in Court, and a copy served on

the undersigned not less than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing.
