hereby makes the following rules to amend the Cabinet Secretariat, System Analyst, Recruitment Rules, 2017, namely:—

following rules to amend the Assam Rifles Naib Subedar (Electrician Motor Vehicle) Group ‘B’ Combatised Post

Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:-

These rules may be called the Assam Rifles Naib Subedar (Electrician Motor Vehicle) Group ‘B’

Combatised Post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

G.S.R. 205.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Chief Drill Instructor) Recruitment Rules, 2002,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following

rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Chief Drill Instructor in the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National

Police Academy, Hyderabad, the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police

Academy (Chief Drill Instructor) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

Disqualification. - No person,–

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons

in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 206.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Instructor in the National

Fire Service College, Nagpur under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the National Fire Service College, Nagpur

(Senior Instructor) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of the post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of Recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the Schedule.

Disqualifications. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds, for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

Note1.- The Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in direct

G.S.R. 208.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Anthropological Survey of India (General Central Service, Class IV Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1963,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following

rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Multi Tasking Staff in the Ministry of Culture, Department of

Culture, Anthropological Survey of India, namely: -

Short title and commencement – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, Department of Culture,

Anthropological Survey of India, Multi Tasking Staff, Group – C posts Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of post, its classification and the level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification.– No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing,

exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons

in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

fund act, 1966 (4 of 1966), and in supersession of the seamen’s provident fund (commissioner), recruitment rules, 2001,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the central government hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of seamen’s provident fund commissioner in the

seamen’s provident fund organisation, under the ministry of shipping namely:-

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the seamen’s provident fund commissioner.
