S.R.O. 50.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of

Defence (Army), General Staff Branch, Chief Map Curator and Senior Map Curator (Group `B’ Posts) Recruitment

Rules, 2016, namely :-

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Integrated

Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), General Staff Branch, Chief Map Curator and Senior Map Curator

(Group `B’ Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2)

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2013, namely :—

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of

Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

Recruitment Rules, 2002, namely :—

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Naval

Headquarters (Machineman) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Ministry of Defence, Naval Headquarters (Machineman) Recruitment Rules, 2002,—

in rule 2, for the words “scale of pay” and “scales of pay”, the words “Level in the Pay Matrix”

shall be substituted;

for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:—
