hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production and Supplies,

Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group ‘B’ Office Superintendent (Non-Technical) Recruitment Rules, 2012,

namely :-

Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Department of

Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group ‘B’ Office Superintendent (Non-Technical)

Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2)

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production and Supplies, Directorate General of Quality

Assurance, Group ‘B’ Office Superintendent (Non-Technical) Recruitment Rules, 2012,-

A. for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :—

“2. Number of post, classification and Level in Pay Matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and

the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed

to these rules.”;

in the Schedule, —

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column

(Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group ‘C’ Posts

(Photographic Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2012,—

(1) in rule 2, for the words “ pay band and grade pay or pay scale” in both the places where they occur, the

words “level in the pay matrix” shall be substituted;

(2) in the Schedule,—

(a) against the post of Photographer Grdae-I,—

S.R.O. 102.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate

General of Quality Assurance, Group ‘C’ Paramedical posts Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely :—

Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Department of

Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group ‘C’ Paramedical posts Recruitment (Amendment)

Rules, 2018.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance,

Group ‘C’ Paramedical posts Recruitment Rules, 2012,—

(1) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :—

“2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said posts, their classification

and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules” ;

(2)

in the Schedule,—

(a)

against serial number 1, relating to the post of Pharmacist (Selection Grade) ,—

(i)

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely,—

“Level in Pay Matrix

(4)

Level 5 (Rs. 29200 to Rs. 92300)”;

(ii)

in column (11), for the words, letters and figures “Pay Band-1, Rs 5200-20200 plus

grade pay Rs 2400” , the words and figures “level 4 in the pay matrix” shall be

substituted;

(iii)

‘Note 1’ shall be omitted.

(b)

against serial number 2, relating to the post of Pharmacist (Ordinary Grade), —

(i)

in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely, —

Level 4 (Rs. 25500 to Rs. 81100)”;

(c)

against serial number 3, relating to the post of Medical Assistant —

(i)

in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely, —

“Level 1 (Rs. 18000 to Rs. 56900)”;

for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :—

“3.

Number of posts, classification and Level in Pay Matrix.—The number of said posts, their

classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4)

of the Schedule annexed to these rules”;

In the Schedule,—

(a)

against serial number 1, relating to the post of Assistant Engineer (Quality Assurance),—

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely,—

Level 7 (Rs. 44900 to Rs. 142400)”.

(ii)

in column (11), for the words, letters and figures “Pay Band-2, Rs 9300-34000 plus

grade pay Rs 4200” , the words and figure “Level 6 in the Pay Matrix” shall be

substituted;

(iii)

“Note 4” shall be omitted;

(b)

against serial number 2, relating to the post of Junior Engineer (Quality Assurance),—

(i)

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely,—
