S.R.O. 118.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, the National

Defence Academy, (Administrative Officer) Group ‘A’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2010, namely: -

1.

Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Headquarters

Integrated Defence Staff, the National Defence Academy, (Administrative Officer) Group ‘A’ Post Recruitment

(Amendment) Rules, 2018.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Ministry of Defence, Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, the National Defence Academy,

(Administrative Officer), Group ‘A’ post Recruitment Rules, 2010,-

(a)

for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

“2.

Number of posts, Classification and Level in Pay Matrix. – The number of said post, its classification

and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.”

(b)

the Schedule,-

(i)

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading

and entries shall be substituted, namely :-

under Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, (Group ‘B’ Posts of Establishment Officer and Office Superintendent)

Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

In the Ministry of Defence, Establishments under Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, (Group ‘B’ posts of

Establishment Officer and Office Superintendent) Recruitment Rules, 2016,-

for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

Short title and commencement.Ñ(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Establishments under

Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, (Group ‘C’) posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Ministry of Defence, Establishments under Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, (Group ‘C’) posts,

Recruitment Rules, 2012,-

(a)

for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :Ñ

S.R.O. 125.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Defence, Establishments under Headquarters Integrated

Defence Staff, the Group ‘C’ post Stenographer Grade II, Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely: -

1.

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Establishments under

Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, Group ‘C’ post Stenographer Grade II, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Ministry of Defence, Establishments under Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, the Group ‘C’ post

Stenographer Grade II, Recruitment Rules, 2011,-

(a)

for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

“2.

Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of posts, their

classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4)

of the Schedule annexed to these rules.”;

(b)

in the Schedule, in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely :-

तकनीक' प@रचारक भत2 िनयम, 2011 म;,-

(क)

िनयम 3 के थान पर, िन3िलिखत िनयम रखा जाएगा, अथा7त् :-

पद सं&या, वग2करण और वेतन मै@ABस म; तरः- पद सं&या, उनका वग2करण और उससे संलD वेतन
