G.S.R. 36.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section

(2) of section 165 of the Assam Rifles Act, 2006 (47 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following

rules to amend the Assam Rifles (Group ‘C’ Combatised Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely: —

Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Assam Rifles (Group ‘C’ Combatised

Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2)

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Assam Rifles (Group ‘C’ Combatised Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015 (herein after referred to as the

said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: —

G.S.R. 38.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Translator in the Ministry

of Health and Family Welfare, BCG Vaccine Laboratory, Guindy, Chennai namely: -

1.

Short title and commencement.— (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

BCG Vaccine Laboratory, Guindy, Chennai, Junior Translator (Group ‘B’ Post), Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2)

They shall come into the force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix and pay scale.—The number of post, its classification

and the level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule

annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.— No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be

eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of these rules.

5.

Power to relax .— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving .— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

िसवाय अिधtांत करते %ये, िजTह6 ऐसे अिधtमण से पूवA कया गया है या करने का लोप कया गया है , िन<िलिखत िनयम बनाते ह? ”

hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Institute of Indian Languages and its Regional Language

Centres (Group A and Group B posts), (Amendment) Recruitment Rules, 2010, namely :―

In the Central Institute of Indian Languages and its Regional Language Centres (Group A and Group B posts),

(Amendment) Recruitment Rules, 2010, (therein after referred to as the Principal rules), in the opening paragraph for

the words and figures “proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to

amend the Central Institute of Indian Languages and its regional languages centres (Group A and Group B posts),

Recruitment rules, 1987”, the words, figures, brackets and letters “proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Institute of Indian Languages and its Regional Language Centres (Group A and Group B

posts), Recruitment Rules, 1987, in so far as it relates to the post of Director, except as respect things done or omitted to

be done before supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules”, shall be substituted and shall be deemed

to have been substituted, with effect from the 1^st day of December, 2010.

2. In the principle rules, in rule 1, in sub-rule (1), for the brackets, words and figures “(Amendment) Recruitment

Rules, 2010”, the words and figures “Recruitment Rules, 2010” shall be substituted.

Doctorate in any Indian language specified in the

Eighth Schedule to the Constitution with Post

Graduate Diploma in linguistic at Post Graduate

from a recognised Institute;

(ii) ten years of experience of teaching at PG level

in a recognised Institute or University out of which

three years of administrative experience in any

educational Institution.
