यह नयुि=त डीओपीट के दनांक 02.11.2012 के का.€ा.सं. 22034/4/2012-.थापना (डी) तथा इस Oवषय पर अRय

संगत अनुदेशV के अनुसार सतक6 ता नकासी के अnयधीन है। मंLालय/Oवभाग जहां अ धकार काय6रत हA, को इस सUयापन

के उपरांत ह उसे काय6मु=त/पदोRनत +कया जाए +क अ धकार के Oव]{ कोई अनुशासनाUमक काय6वाह न ह लंcबत है

या न अपे‡Nत है।

(vi) यद कोई अ धकार दनांक 31.01.2019 तक तदथ6 %ोRनत %ाgत करने मK असफल रहता है तो %ोRनत आदेश नर.त

+कया जा सकता है। वैयि=तक आधार पर तदथ6 %ोRनत लेने से इनकार करने वाले अ धकार को इस %ोRनत आदेश के

(ii)

Ad-hoc appointments may be terminated at any point of time without giving any reason thereof.

(iii)

The appointment on ad-hoc basis will take effect from the date of assuming the charge of the post of Under

Secretary in the Ministry/Department in which the officer has been adjusted/posted.

(iv)

The service rendered on ad-hoc basis in the Under Secretary grade would not count for the purpose of

seniority in that grade or for promotion to the next higher grade.

(v)

The appointment is subject to Vigilance Clearance in terms of DoP&T’s OM No. 22034/4/2012-Estt.(D)

dated 02.11.2012 and other relevant instructions on the subject. The Ministry/Department where the officer

is working should relieve him/her or promote him/her only after verifying that no disciplinary proceedings

are pending or contemplated against the officer.

(vi)

If any officer fails to avail ad-hoc promotion by 31.01.2019, the promotion order is liable to be cancelled.

Officers who refuse ad-hoc promotion on personal grounds would not be considered for ad-hoc promotion

for a period of one year from the date of issue of this promotion order.

(vii)

The ad-hoc promotion will remain subject to outcome of:—

(a)

The SLP(C) No. 30621/2011 arising out of final judgment and order dated 15.07.2011 in CWP
