साधारण िनवा चन, 2014 म नीचे क( सारणी म अपने नाम के सामने तंभ 3 म िविनद ट िनवा चन ,े- से, तंभ 4 म िविनद ट

िनवा चन लड़ने वाला $/ येक अ0 यथ2, लोक $ितिनिध/ व अिधिनयम, 1951 तथा त3ीन बनाए गए िनयम6 के अंतग त यथाअपेि,त उ8 त

सारणी के तंभ 5 म यथाद9शत अपने िनवा चन : यय का लेखा दािखल करने म असफल रहा है/रही है।

और यत:, उ8 त अ0 य9थय6 ने िनवा चन आयोग <ारा स= यक नो>टस दए जाने के बावजूद उ8 त असफलता के िलए न तो कोई

कारण, न ही कोई प टीकरण दया है या उनके <ारा दए गए अ0 यावेदन, यद कोई हो, पर िवचार करने के उपरांत िनवा चन आयोग का

यह समाधान हो गया है क उ8 त असफलता के िलए उनके पास कोई उपयु8 त या " यायोिचत कारण नहC है;

अत:, अब, उ8 त अिधिनयम क( धारा 10क के अनुसरण म, भारत िनवा चन आयोग नीचे क( सारणी के तंभ 4 म िविनद ट

: यिFय6 को संसद के कसी सदन या कसी राG य या संघ राG य-,े- क( िवधान सभा अथवा िवधान प>रषद या लोक सभा के िलए सद य

ORDER

New Delhi, the 8th March, 2019

O.N. 25.—Whereas, the Election Commission of India is satisfied that contesting candidate specified in column 4

of the Table below at the General Election to the Lok Sabha, 2014 from the State of Karnataka specified in column 2

and held from the constituency specified in column 3 against his/her name has failed to lodge the account of his/her

election expenses or has failed to lodge the account of his/her expenses as shown in column 5 of the said Table as

required by the Representation of the People Act, 1951 and the Rules made thereunder;

And whereas, the said candidate has furnished neither any reason nor explanation for the said failure even after due

notice by the Election Commission or after considering the representation made by him, if any, the Election Commission

is satisfied that he has no good reason or justification for the said failure;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 10A of the said Act, the Election Commission hereby declares the person

specified in column 4 of the Table below to be disqualified for being chosen as and for being a member of either House of

Parliament or the Legislative Assembly or Legislative Council of a State or of Union Territory for a period of three years

from the date of this order: -
