O. N. 27.— In pursuance of the sub-section (1) and (2) of section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act,

1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission in consultation with the State Government hereby makes the following

amendments in its notification No. 508/KT/2008 dated 19.03.2008.

के साथ संलL तािलका म िनMिलिखत सुधार इस कार पढ़े जाएंगे:-

(i)

12-बेलारी के सामने उिलिखत कॉलम 3 म से 110-होD नाली िवधान सभा िनवाचन GेI हटा दया जाएगा; और

(ii)

14-दावDगेरे के सामने उिलिखत कॉलम 3 म 110- होD नाली िवधान सभा िनवाचन GेI जोड़ा जाएगा।

table appended to the said notification, the followings corrections shall be read:-

(i) In the column 3 mentioned against 12-Bellary, 110-Honnali Assembly Constituency shall be deleted; and

(ii) In the column 3, mentioned against 14-Davanagere, 110-Honnali Assembly Constituency shall be added.
