2. The above appointment on ad-hoc basis would take effect from the date of assuming the charge of the post of
Section Officer in this Ministry.
3. The service rendered on ad-hoc basis in the Section Officers grade would not count for the purpose of seniority in
that grade or for promotion the next higher grade or for grant of NFS.
4. The ad-hoc promotion of above mentioned officers would be upto 31.12.2019 or till the posts are filled up on
regular basis or until further order whichever is earlier subject to the orders/outcome of the following court cases and also any
other order by any Competent Court in any of the connected matters, apart from these:-
