(D.O.B.-03/01/1962) officer earlier appointed from the Select List of 2016 to the Bihar Cadre of Indian Police Service
against the Select List 2010 with all consequential benefits.
2. The appointment of Shri Prantosh Kumar Das, (D.O.B.-03/01/1962) is effective from the date of appointment of
his immediate junior namely Shri Shankar Jha. Further, the appointment of Shri Prantosh Kumar Das is subject to the final
decision of the Govt. of India and Court orders if any, on the matter of interpolation.
