2. माननीय मुय यायाधीश ,ी-मकालीन अवकाश के दौरान पालन करने हेतु िन आदेश भी सहष( पाMरत करते ह9:-

(i)

माननीय यायाधीश खंडपीठ म5 एवं अकेले भी अित-आवOयक दीवानी एवं दांिडक मामल$ तथा ऐसे अय मामल$ क:

सुनवाई हेतु, जो क उपरोQ ितिथय$ क: तािलका के अनुसार उनके सRमुख रखे जाय5गे, बैठ5गे|

(ii)

सामायत: यायाधीश सोमवार, बुधवार और शु&वार तथा ऐसे अय दवस$ को, िजह5 वे उपयुQ समझ5, Wात: 10.30

बजे से यायालय म5 बैठ5गे| कहX मामल$ क: सुनवाई अमुक दवस म5 समाY न होने पर अगले दन भी यायालय म5 उन

मामल$ क: सुनवाई जारी रखी जायेगी|

(iii)

यद कोई एक यायाधीश कहX अनापेि%त कारण$ से कसी दन उपलZध नहX ह9, तो दूसरे यायाधीश इस शत( के

अ\यधीन अकेले ही बैठ5गे क वह खंडपीठ के मामल$ को ख़ाMरज नहX कर5गे|

3. यायालय का काया(लय ि^तीय शिनवार, रिववार तथा दूसरे अवकाश, यद कोई ह$, को छोड़कर Wितदन 10 बजे पूवा(aन से

5 बजे अपराaन तक खुला रहेगा|

4. कोई समावेदन मामला, जो सामायत: दो यायाधीश$ क: खंडपीठ ^ारा सुने जाने योbय है, एकलतया बैठे यायाधीश के िववेक

से केवल cवीकार कया जा सकेगा परतु ख़ाMरज नहX कया जाएगा (उe यायालय िनयम एवं आदेश िजद V, अ\याय 3-बी

िनयम 3 का परतुक देख5)|

5. दीवानी एवं दांिडक मामल$ को संcथािपत करने के िलए अवकाश के दौरान पMरसीमा का समय लागू नहX होगा|

6. सभी वाद पF, अपील5, यािचकाएँ अथवा अय मामले, िजनका त<काल एवं तुरंत सं?वहार कया जाना आवOयक है, ि^तीय

शिनवार, रिववार तथा अय अवकाश, यद कोई ह$, को छोड़कर समcत दवस$ पर 10.00 बजे पूवा(aन से दोपहर 12.00 बजे

के म\य काय(रत संयुQ िनबंधक/उप िनबंधक के पास दािखल कए जा सकते ह9|

7. वाद, अपील5, Wाथ(ना-पF अथवा अय काय(वािहयाँ, जो यायालय पुन: खुलने के दन दािखल क: जानी ह9, वे भी सोमवार,

दनांक 24 जून, 2019 से शिनवार 29 जून, 2019 तक 10.00 बजे पूवा(aन से 4.00 बजे अपराaन तक प%कार$ क:

सुिवधानुसार संिcथत/Wcतुत अथवा िनयिमत अनु&म से दािखल क: जा सकती ह9 यiिप पMरसीमा के Wयोजन$ के िलए

यायालय केवल 01.07.2019 को पुन: खुलेगा|

No. 428/Estt/EI/DHC.—It is hereby notified afresh that Hon'ble the Chief Justice is pleased to nominate the

Hon'ble Judges named below to be Vacation Judges during the ensuing Summer Vacation 2019, to hear matters which

may require to be immediately or promptly dealt with, for the respective periods as shown against their names:-

2. Hon'ble the Chief Justice is further pleased to pass the following orders for being followed during the course of

summer vacation:-

The Judges will sit in Division Benches and also singly to hear urgent Civil and Criminal matters and such other

matters as may be placed before them as per the schedule of dates given above.

ii. Ordinarily the Judges will sit in Court on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and such other days as they may

think fit at 10.30 A.M. The sitting may continue for the next succeeding day if matters fixed for any day are not

finished on that day.

iii. If one of the Judges is not available on any day for any unforeseen reason, the other Judge may sit alone subject

to the condition that the Hon’ble Judge shall not dismiss the Division Bench matters.

3. The office of the Court will remain open daily from 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. except on Second Saturday, Sundays,

and other holidays, if any.

4. A motion matter normally entertainable by bench of two Judges may only be admitted in the discretion of the Judge

sitting singly but will not be dismissed (vide proviso to Rule 3 Chapter 3-B, High Court Rules and Orders Volume V).

5. Limitation will not run during the vacation period for purposes of institution of Civil and Criminal cases.

6. All plaints, appeals, petitions or other matters as may require to be immediately or promptly dealt with, can be filed

with the Joint Registrar/Deputy Registrar on duty between 10.00 A.M. and 12 Noon on all days except Second Saturday,

Sundays and other holidays, if any.

7. Suits, Appeals, Applications or other proceedings, which are to be filed on the re-opening day, may also be

instituted/preferred or made in regular course between 10.00 A.M. and 4.00 P.M. from Monday, the 24^th June, 2019 to

Saturday, the 29^thJune, 2019 as per convenience of the parties though for the purpose of limitation the Court re-opens

only on 01.07.2019.
