G.S.R.197.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Senior Laboratory Assistant) Recruitment

Rules, 2012 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession the President hereby makes

the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Laboratory Assistant in the Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :-

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police

Academy, Senior Laboratory Assistant, Recruitment Rules, 2018.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the schedule annexed to

these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the

aforesaid schedule.

Disqualification.—No person,–

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the above said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage, and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for the reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen Other Backward classes and the

other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time

to time in this regard.

G.S.R.198.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Reserve Police Force (Matron) Recruitment Rules, 1983 and Central Reserve Police

Force, ‘Group- B’ (Combatised Para Medical Posts) Recruitment Rules,2010 in so far as they relate to the post of

Assistant Matron/Sister in-charge in the non-combatised wing except as respects things done or omitted to be done

before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the

post of Matron and Assistant Matron in the Central Reserve Police Force, under the Ministry of Home Affairs

namely:-

Short title and commencement .— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Central

Reserve Police Force, Matron and Assistant Matron, Group ‘A’ post Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of posts, classification, and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the posts, their classification

and the level in pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

Disqualification.— No person,

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living : or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in consultation with Union Public Service Commission relax any

of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of

persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 199.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Syce Recruitment Rules, 2012 except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Syce in the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy,

Hyderabad under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :-

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Syce Recruitment Rules, 2019.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix .—The number of post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications etc.— The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the

aforesaid Schedule.

Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the above said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage, and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for the reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen the other backward

classes and the other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R.201.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the BCG Vaccine Laboratory, Guindy (Group ‘D’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1976 in so far as they

relate to the post of Khalashi (Workshop), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Workshop Attendant in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, BCG Vaccine Laboratory, Guindy, Chennai,

namely: -

Short title and commencement.- (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

BCG Vaccine Laboratory, Guindy, Chennai, Workshop Attendant (Group ‘C’ post), Recruitment Rules, 2019.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix.— The number of the said post, its classification and

the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification.— No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

G.S.R.203.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Assistant Clinical

Embryologist and Clinical Embryologist in Safdarjung Hospital of Delhi namely:-

1. Short title and Commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Sadarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Assistant

Clinical Embryologist and Clinical Embryologist, Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application.— These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, their classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. .— The method of recruitment age-limit, qualification and

other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a)Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living , or

(b) Who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax

any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving — Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes , the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central

Research Institute, Kasauli, (Foreman), Recruitment Rules, 1977, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Research Institute, Kasauli,

Foreman, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Research Institute, Kasauli, (Foreman), Recruitment Rules,

1977 (herein after referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

“2. Number of posts, classification and Level in pay matrix. -The number of said post, its classification and the

Level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.”;

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule, in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

preferably medical and scientific stores. (Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed three years)”.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification. – No person, -

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts.

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing,

exempt any person from the operation of these rules.

Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of

persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, their

classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said

Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment to the said post, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in the column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualifications.—No person -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by

order, for reason to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of

the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Savings.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons, in

accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
