(i)
पैरा 2.6 मD “Gस.वंग मशीनर” शT द के पU चात “ टLड अलोन एF Vायडर 67याकलाप सहत और एF Vायडर” जोड़ा जाता
है।
(ii)
पैरा 4.1 के नीचे ताGलका मD 7म संY या 1 मD " टLड अलोन एF Vायडर 67याकलाप, मेड-अ[ स सहत एF Vायडर“ शT द
जोड़ा जाता है।
पैरा 4.1 के अंतग-त नोट: टLड अलोन एF Vायडर इकाइयां 15% सीआईएस के Gलए एटयूएफएस के अंतग-त टLड अलोन
आधार पर एF Vायडर मशीन] क^ खरद करने के Gलए सिTसडी क^ पा हL िजसके Gलए ऋण वीकृ*त क^ तारख
27.02.2019 अथवा उसके पU चात है।
(iii) पैरा 3.4 को “व आयुC त को मशीनर *नमा-ता क^ सांके*तक सूची अनुमोदत करने और उसके पU चात वेबसाइट मD उसे
डालने के Gलए 3ा(धकृत 6कया गया है। इस 3कार अपलोड क^ गई सूची क^ टएएमसी क^ आगामी बैठक मD अGभपुिgट क^
जाएगी” पढ़ा जाए।
(iv) पैरा 3.5 मD “ऐसे मामल] मD ऊपर पैरा 3.4 मD उिलHखत तकनीक^ सGम*त उन .व*नमा-ताओं और मशीनर का स/ यापन
करेगी और यद उपयुC त पाया जाएगा तो उ8 हD टएएमसी Eवारा .व*नमा-ताओं क^ सांके*तक सूची मD शाGमल 6कए जाने
का 3 ताव 3 तुत करेगी” वाC य को “ऐसे मामल] मD यद उन .व*नमा-ताओं को पा पाया जाएगा तो व आयुC त Eवारा
उ8 हD सूचीबm 6कया जाएगा और टएएमसी Eवारा उनक^ अGभपुिgट क^ जाएगी” पढ़ा जाए।
(v)
संशो(धत दशा*नद+श के पैरा 10.2.6 क^ चौथी लाइन मD “मशीनर” शT द को “मशीनर .व*नमा-ता” पढ़ा जाए। पैरा 10.2.6
मD “तकनीक^ सGम*त क^ आगामी माGसक बैठक मD। टएएमसी के अनुमोदन से यह कार-वाई 45 दन के भीतर पूर हो
जानी चाहए”। शT द के थान पर "व आयुC त Eवारा िजसक^ बाद मD टएएमसी Eवारा अGभपुिgट क^ जाएगी। यह
कार-वाई 45 दन के भीतर पूर हो जानी चाहए।”
(vi) पैरा 3.3 क^ दूसर लाइन, पैरा 10.2.2 क^ तीसर एवं चौथी लाइन तथा पैरा 10.4.3 क^ चौथी लाइन से
“आपू*त-कता-(ओं)” शT द हटाया जाता है।
(vii) पैरा 10.2.5 क^ दूसर लाइन मD “एक वष- से आगे” शT द को "एक वष- क^ आरंGभक *नधा-oरत अव(ध से आगे एक वष-
तक” पढ़ा जाए।

ORDER
No. 6/5/2015-TUFS—The Revised Guidelines of ATUFS i.e. financial and operational parameters and
implementation mechanism during its implementation period from 13.01.2016 to 31.03.2022 was notified vide Revised
Resolution dated 02.08.2018.The following modifications are hereby notified in the said Revised Resolution with the
approval of Competent Authority:—
(i)
The word “and Embroidery including Standalone Embroidery Activity” is inserted after the word ‘sewing
machinery’ in para 2.6
(ii)
The word “Embroidery including Standalone Embroidery activity, Made-ups” is inserted at Sl. No.1 in table
below para 4.1.
Note under Para 4.1 : Standalone embroidery units are eligible for subsidy for purchasing embroidery
machines on standalone basis under ATUFS for 15% CIS for which loan sanction date is on or after
27.02.2019
(iii) Para 3.4 to be read as “Textiles Commissioner has been authorized to approve the indicative list of machinery
manufacturer and listing in the website subsequently. The list so uploaded will be ratified in subsequent
meeting of TAMC”.
(iv) The sentence “In such cases, the Technical Committee mentioned para 3.4 above will verify those
manufacturers and machinery and if found suitable, propose their inclusion in the indicative list of
manufacturers by the TAMC” in para 3.5 is to be read as “In such cases, those manufacturers, if found
eligible, will be enlisted by Textiles Commissioner and ratified by TAMC”
(v)
The word “machinery” in 4th line of Para 10.2.6 of the revised guidelines is to be read as “machinery
manufacturer”. The words “in the next monthly meeting of the Technical Committee. This exercise along with
the approval of the TAMC should get completed within 45 days” in para 10.2.6 is replaced by “by the Textile
Commissioner which will then be ratified by TAMC. This exercise should get completed within 45 days”.
(vi) The word “Supplier(s)” stand deleted from 2nd line of para 3.3, 3rd & 4th line of para 10.2.2 and 4th line in
para 10.4.3.
(vii) The words “beyond one year” in 2nd line in para 10.2.5 to be read as “upto one year beyond the initial
prescribed period of one year”

ORDERED that the Corrigendum be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
ORDERED also that copies of the Corrigendum may be communicated to the concerned Ministries/Departments/
Organizations.
