Purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976 vide even number Notification dated 23.11.2017. The said Notification has been

published in the Gazette of India in Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) on 29.12.2017.

2. In the Hindi text of the said notification at Para no. 4 -
