G.S.R. 366.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of

section 18 of the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949 (66 of 1949) and in partial supersession of the Central Reserve

Police Force, Group ”C” (Combatised Para-Medical Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2011, in so far as they relate to the post of

Assistant Sub-Inspector (Pharmacist), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Sub

Inspector (Pharmacist) in the Combatised Para-Medical post of the Central Reserve Police Force, under the Ministry of

Home Affairs, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Central Reserve Police Force, Assistant

Sub-Inspector (Pharmacist),Combatised Para Medical Post, Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.— The number of post, its classification, level

in the pay matrix shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age -limit, qualifications etc.— The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Physical standard for direct recruitment.— As per Part IV of the Central Reserve Police Force Recruitment

Manual, 1975,

(a) Height

:

For male - 170 cms.

For female – 157cms.

(b) Chest :

For male : Unexpanded – 80cms and expanded – minimum expansion 5 cms.

For female – Not applicable.

(c) Weight :

For male and female : proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.

(d) Eye Sight :

The minimum distance vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of 2 eyes without correction i.e without

wearing glasses.

(e) The candidate shall not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they shall possess high colour

vision and they shall be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the

efficient performance of the duties.

(f) Relaxation : Relaxation shall be permissible in height and chest to the Scheduled Tribes and hill peoples as follows:

(i) Height : The minimum height of candidates failing the categories of Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras,

Marathas and candidates belonging to the States of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram,

Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir Region under Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Leh and

Ladakh Regions of Union Territory of Ladakh shall be 165 cms. for men .

For females the minimum height shall be 155 cms and the minimum height for the Scheduled Tribes shall be 162.5

cms. for male and 150 cms. for female.

(ii) Chest : Relaxation in chest is applicable to the Scheduled Tribes and hill people.

The minimum chest for this category of personnel is as under :

(a)

Men belonging to hill areas specified in above para: 78-83 cms.

(b)

The Scheduled Tribes of all States/ Union Territories : 76-81cms.

6.

Physical Efficiency Test.-

(a) Race

(i) For male

: 1 mile in 7.5 minutes.

(ii)For female : 800 mtrs. In 6 minutes.

(b) Long Jump

(i) For male : 10 feet (ii) For female : 6 feet

(c) High Jump

(i) For Male

: 3 feet (ii) For female : 2.5 feet.

7.

Medical fitness for promotion.- For combatised staff promotion from one post to another in any grade or rank

or post included in the Schedule, individual shall be required to confirm to medical category Shape-I as prescribed by

the Government.

8.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of person.

9. Saving- Nothing in these rules shall effect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, Ex-servicemen and other special

categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

New Delhi, the 19th December, 2019

G.S.R. 367.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital (Group ‘D’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 1979, except as respects

things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating

the method of recruitment to the post of Dhobi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the

Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital, New Delhi, Dhobi (Group ‘C’ post), Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the

pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

G.S.R. 368.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Radiation Safety Officer,

Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. .— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family

Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Radiation Safety Officer (Group ‘B’ post), Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification

and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission and reasons to be recorded in writing

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen

and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

supersession of the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital , New Delhi, (Group ‘C’

posts) Recruitment Rules, 1981, in so far as they relate to the post of Electrical Technician, except as respects things

done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the

method of recruitment to the post of Electrical Technician, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the

Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, (Electrical Technician) Recruitment

Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the

pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

G.S.R.370.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Bio Medical Engineer, Safdarjung

Hospital, New Delhi , namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Bio Medical Engineer (Group-‘B’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the

pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any

of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

communities possessing the requisite experience are not

likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for
