को, जहां तक उसका संबंध गोला बा5द यांि/क – 1 और गोला बा5द यांि/क – 2 के पद$ से है, उन बात$ के िसवाय अिध@ाAत करते

'ए िजAहB ऐसे अिध@मण से पहले कया गया है या करने का लोप कया गया है, र.ा मं/ालय (नौसेना) के एक*कृत मु-यालय मB गोला

(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी प]ी के जीिवत रहते 'ए कसी \ि" से िववाह कया है,

उ" पद पर िनयुि" का पा/ नह^ होगा :

परंतु यद कB _ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है क ऐसा िववाह उस \ि" और िववाह के अAय प.कार को लागू Qवीय

िविध के अधीन अनु`ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अAय आधार हH तो वह कसी \ि" को इस िनयम के वत6न से छूट दे सकेगी।

िशिथल करने क शि-.— जहां केA_ीय सरकार क* यह राय है क ऐसा करना आवbयक या समीचीन है, वहाँ वह उसके िलए

.ावृि0.—इन िनयम$ क* कोई बात, ऐसे आर.ण, आयु-सीमा मB छूट और अAय Tरयायत$ पर भाव नह^ डालेगी, िजनका

कB_ीय सरकार ारा इस संबंध मB समय-समय पर जारी कए गए आदेश$ के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जाितय$, अनुसूिचत जनजाितय$, अAय

िपछड़े वगf, भूतपूव6 सैिनक$ और अAय िवशेष वग6 के \ि"य$ के िलए उपबंध करना अपेि.त है।

S.R.O. 111 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) Group ‘C’ Industrial Posts, Naval Armament

Supply Organisation (Ammunition Workshop) Recruitment Rules, 2012, in so far as they relate to the posts of

Ammunition Mechanic-I and Ammunition Mechanic-II, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Ammunition

Mechanics, in the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy), namely:-

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Integrated Headquarters Ministry of Defence

(Navy) Group ‘C’ Industrial Posts, Naval Armament Supply Organisation (Ammunition Workshop) Recruitment Rules,

2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Number of posts, classification and Level in the Pay Matrix or pay scale – The number of posts, their

classification and level in the pay matrix or pat scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the

said Schedule.

Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification.—No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special

such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group ‘B’

(Non-Gazetted) Ministerial Staff posts in Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) namely:-

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of

Defence (Navy) Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted), Ministerial Staff Posts Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Corps of Electronics and Mechanical

Engineers Optical Cameraman and Photographers Group ‘C’ post Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely:-

(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers Optical

Cameraman and Photographers Group ‘C’ post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. For Rule 2 of Ministry of Defence, Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers Optical Cameraman and

Photographers Group ‘C’ post Recruitment Rules, 2016, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

(A)

“ for rule 2, Number of posts, classification, level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its

classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the schedule

annexed to these rules”.

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Broadcasting Officer in the Directorate of Public

Relations, Ministry of Defence, namely:-

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Directorate of Public Relations

(Broadcasting Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2019.
