M/s Hero Solar Energy Private Limited having its registered office at Plot No.201, First Floor, Okhla Industrial Estate,
Phase-III, New Delhi-110020 India, intends to apply to the Government of India to confer upon him all the powers under
Section-164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the placing of electric lines or electrical plant for the transmission of electricity
or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communication necessary for the proper coordination of works which
telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act,1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts
for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained, by the government or to be so established or maintained and will
undertake the survey, construction, installation, inspection, erection and other works to be followed by commissioning,
operation, maintenance and other works for the following transmission schemes.

Power Plant in Village Dedasari, Tehsil Bap, Jodhpur, Rajasthan" Connected to PGCIL 765/400/220 KV Bhadla Substation,
Jodhpur, Rajasthan - Regd.
Scope of Works Covered under the company-(i) Hero Solar Generation Switchyard at Village Kushlaram Ki Basti, Jodhpur-
Bhadla 220KV S/c Line ( With Minimum Capacity of 300MW at Nominal Voltage) along with terminal bays at both
ends-8Km apprpx.*
*Approx. 5.7Km line to be Implemented as S/c line on D/c towers and balance line near BhadlaPGCIL Substation to be
Implemented as S/c line on M/c towers ( by S/c Stringing on M/c towers of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited ) with
AL-59 Zebra Conductor by HSEPL.
The transmission lines covered under the scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following of Tehsils,
Talukas, Mandals, Block, Villages, town & cities.
