वाहन िंालक (बड़े वाहन), के पद से हज, उन बातों के जसवाय ाजधक्ांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे ाजधक्मण से पूवग दकया गया हज या

करने का लोप दकया गया हज, केंन्द्रीय कुष्ठ रोग प्रजिक्षण और ानुसंधान संस्ट्थान, चिंगलपट्टु में वाहन िंालक श्रेणी-II के पद

पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, ाथागत् :-

1.संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रांरभ.— (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट् ् य और पंरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, केन्द्रीय कुष्ठ रोग

प्रजिक्षण और ानुंसधान संस्ट्थान, चिंगलपट्टु, वाहन िंालक श्रेणी-II (समूह ‘ग’ पद) भती जनयम, 2020 हज।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।

2. पद-सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर.—उि पदों दक सं्‍या, उनका वगीकरण और उनका वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर

वे होंगे िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध ानुसूिंी के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

3. भती दक पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, ाहगताएं आदद.— उि पद पर भती दक पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, ाहगताएं और उससे संबजधत ान्य

बातें वे होंगी िो उि ानुसूिंी के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

4. जनरहगता.—वह व्यजि-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत हैं, जववाह दकया हज, या जववाह की संजवदा की हज; या

(ख) जिसने ापने पजत या ापनी पत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज, या जववाह दक संजवदा की हज

उि पद पर जनयुजि का पात्र नही होगा:

परन्तुं यदद केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह उस व्यजि और जववाह के ान्य पक्षकार को लागू

स्ट्वीय जवजध के ाधीन ानुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए ान्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से छूट दे

सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि.—िहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक या समीिंीन हज, वहां वह उसके

जलए िो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि

्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6.व्यावृजत.— इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और ान्य ंरयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबध में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आदेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजिंत िाजतयों, ानुसूजिंत

िनिाजतयों, ान्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवग सजनकों और ान्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना ापेजक्षत हज।

िब उच् िं श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए उपलब्ध

ंरि पद के प्रजत पो्‍क श्रेणी में कोई पात्र

कमगिंारी उपलब्ध नहीं हज तो, िब तक दक

New Delhi, the 14th September, 2020

G.S.R. 131.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu (Group ‘C’ posts) Recruitment

Rules, 1988 in so far as it relates to the post of Driver (Heavy Vehicle), except as respects things done or omitted to be

done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to

the post of Driver Grade-II, Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central

Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Driver Grade-II (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.— The number of the said post, its classification and level in the

pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. .—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen or any other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.
