प्रयोगिाला खंड में मु्‍य रसायनज्ञ के ृद का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं ऄथागत-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) आन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम कृजि और दकसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, कृजि सिकांरता और

दकसान कल्याण जवभाग, जवृणन और जनरीक्षण जनदेिालय, प्रयोगिाला खंड (मु्‍य रसायनज्ञ), भती जनयम, 2020 िज।

(2) ये राजृत्र में ऄृने प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत् त िोंगे।

2. ृदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर.—ईक्त ृद की सं्‍या ईसका वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर-

ईक्त जनयमों से ईृबंध ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तभ (2) से स्ट्तभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट िज।

3. भती की ृद्धजत, अयुसीमा और ऄिगता, अदद.—ईक्त ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत,अयु सीमा, ऄिगताएं और ईससे संबजन्धत

ऄन्य बाते िोंगी जो ृूवोक्त ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तभ (2) से स्ट्तभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट िज।

4. जनिगरता.—वि व्यजक्त:

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजक्त से, जजसका ृजत या ृत्नी जीजवत िज, जववाि दकया िज ;या

(ख) जजसने ऄृने ृजत या ऄृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रिते ए ए दकसी व्यजक्त से जववाि दकया िज, ईक्त ृद ृर जनयुजक्त का

ृात्र निीं िोगा:

ृरंतु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यि समाधान िो जाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजक्त और जववाि के ऄन्य ृक्षकार को लागू

स्ट्वीय जवजध के ऄधीन ऄनुज्ञेय िज और ऐसा करने के जलए ऄन्य अधार िज, तो वि दकसी व्यजक्त को आस जनयम के प्रवतगन से छूट

दे सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करने की िजक्त.— जिां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िज दक ऐसा करना अव‍यक या समीचीन िज, विां वि ईसके

जलए जो कारण िैं, ईन्िें लखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा अयोग से ृरामिग करके आन जनयमों के दकसी ईृबंध को दकसी

वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजक्तयों की बाबत, अदेि जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6. ब्यावृजि.—आन जनयमों की कोइ बात,ऐसे अरक्षण, अयु-सीमा में छूट और ऄन्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी, जजनका

केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा आस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए अदेिों के ऄनुसार ऄनुसूजचत जाजतयों, ऄनुसूजचत

जनजाजतयों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और ऄन्य जविेि प्रवगग के व्यजक्तयों के जलए ईृबंध करना ऄृेजक्षत िज।

G.S.R. 132.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers

Welfare, Directorate of Marketing and Inspection, Laboratory Wing (Group ‗A‘ and ‗B‘ Posts), Recruitment Rules,

2018, in so far as they relate to the post of Chief Chemist, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before

such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Chief Chemist in the Laboratory Wing, Directorate of Marketing and Inspection under the Ministry of Agriculture and

Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Co-operation and Farmers Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare,

Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Directorate of Marketing and Inspection, Laboratory

Wing (Chief Chemist), Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit and qualification etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5.. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by

order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of

the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall effect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Caste, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-Serviceman and other special categories of persons in

accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1.संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) आन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम, स्ट्वास्ट््य और ृंरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, केन्रीय कुष्ठ रोग

जिक्षण और ऄनुंसधान संस्ट्थान चेंगलृट्टू, ृुस्ट्तकालय जलजृक (समूि ‘ग’ ृद) भती जनयम, 2020 िज।

(2) ये राजृत्र में ईनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृि िोगे।

2. ृद-सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर.—ईक्त ृदों की सं्‍या, ईनका वगीकरण और ईनका वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर

वे िोंगे जो आन जनयमों से ईृाबद्ध ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट िैं ।

G.S.R. 133.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chingleput (Group C posts) Recruitment Rules,

1980, in so far as it relates to the post of Assistant Librarian, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before

such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Library Clerk in the Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central

Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Library Clerk (Group ‗C‘ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the

pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen or any other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

G.S.R. 134.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to 309 of the Constitution and in supersession

of the Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Aska, (Para Medical Worker) Recruitment Rules, 2001, except

as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Para Medical Worker in the Regional Leprosy Training and Research

Institute, Aska, Odisha, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Aska, Odisha, Para Medical Worker (Group ‗C‘ Post) Recruitment

Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions, required to be

regard.

G.S.R. 136 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chingleput, (Group ‗C ‘ posts) Recruitment Rules,

1980, in so far as they relate to the post of Fitter, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Fitter in

the Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, namely:

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Central Leprosy Training and Research

Institute, Chengalpattu, Fitter (Group‗C‘) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and level in the pay

matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualifications.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen or any other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

G.S.R. 137.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chingleput (Group ‗C‘ posts) Recruitment Rules,

1980 in so far as it relates to the post of Stenographer, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Stenographer Grade II in the Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, namely:

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central

Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Stenographer Grade II (Group ‗C‘ Post) Recruitment Rules,

2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the

pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen or any other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.
