संिᭃ᭡ त नाम और ᮧारंभ.— (1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᭡ त नाम गृह मंᮢालय, रा᭬ ᮝीय अिᲨशमन सेवा महािव᳒ालय,

नागपुर, सहायक (समूह ख) भतᱮ िनयम, 2020 है।

(2) ये राजपᮢ मᱶ उनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे।

पद-सं᭎ या, वगᱮकरण और वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍ स मᱶ ᭭ तर.—पद कᳱ सं᭎ या, उनका वगᱮकरण और वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍ स मᱶ ᭭ तर वे हᲂगे,

जो इन िनयमᲂ से उपाब᳍ अनुसू ची के ᭭ तंभ (2) से ᭭ तंभ (4) मᱶ िविन᳸दᭅ᭬ ट हᱹ।

भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित, आयु सीमा, अहᭅताएं आᳰद.— उ᭍ त पद पर भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित, आयु सीमा, अहᭅताएं और उससे संबंिधत

अ᭠ य बातᱶ वे हᲂगी जो उ᭍ त अनुसूची के ᭭ त᭥ भ (5) से ᭭ तंभ (13) मᱶ िविन᳸दᭅ᭬ ट हᱹ।

िनरहᭅता.—वह ᭪ यिᲦ-

(क) िजसने ऐसे ᭪ यिᲦ से, िजसका पित या िजसकᳱ प᭜ नी जीिवत है, िववाह ᳰकया है, या िववाह कᳱ संिवदा कᳱ है; या

(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी प᭜ नी के जीिवत रहते ᱟए ᳰकसी ᭪ यिᲦ से िववाह ᳰकया है, या िववाह कᳱ संिवदा कᳱ

है,

उ᭍ त पद पर िनयुिᲦ का पाᮢ नहᱭ होगा:

पर᭠ तु यᳰद के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है ᳰक ऐसा िववाह उस ᭪ यिᲦ और िववाह के अ᭠ य पᭃकार को

लागू ᭭ वीय िविध के अधीन अनु᭄ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अ᭠ य आधार हᱹ तो वह ᳰकसी ᭪ यिᲦ को इस िनयम के ᮧवतᭅन से

छूट दे सकेगी।

िशिथल करने कᳱ शिᲦ.— जहां के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार कᳱ यह राय है ᳰक ऐसा करना आव᭫ यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह

उसके िलए जो कारण हᱹ, उ᭠ हᱶ लेखब᳍ करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामशᭅ करके इन िनयमᲂ के ᳰकसी उपबंध को

ᳰकसी वगᭅ या ᮧवगᭅ के ᭪ यिᲦयᲂ कᳱ बाबत, आदेश ᳇ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी।

᭪ यावृिᱫ.— इन िनयमᲂ कᳱ कोई बात, ऐसे आरᭃण, आयु-सीमा मᱶ छूट और अ᭠ य ᳯरयायतᲂ पर ᮧभाव नहᱭ डालेगी,

िजनका के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार ᳇ारा इस संबंध मᱶ समय-समय पर जारी ᳰकए गए आदेशᲂ के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जाितयᲂ, अनुसूिचत

जनजाितयᲂ, अ᭠ य िपछड़े वगᲄ, भूतपूवᭅ सैिनकᲂ और अ᭠ य िवशेष ᮧवगᭅ के ᭪ यिᲦयᲂ के िलए उपबंध करना अपेिᭃत है।

िज᭠ हᲂने िनयिमत आधार पर िनयुिᲦ के प᭫ चात उस ᮰ेणी मᱶ दस वषᭅ कᳱ िनयिमत सेवा कᳱ हो और िवभाग ᳇ारा यथािविहत ᭃेᮢ मᱶ 2-4

ᳯट᭡ पण 1: ऐसे छाᮢपाल या उ᭒ च ᮰ेणी िलिपक के पद मᱶ िज᭠ हᲂने वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍ स के वेतन स् तर- 4 (25500-81100/-ᱧ.) मᱶ ᮧो᭠ नित के

िलए पाᮢता सूची पदधाᳯरयᲂ ᳇ारा दस वषᭅ कᳱ िनयिमत सेवा पूरी होने कᳱ तारीख के संदभᭅ मᱶ तैयार कᳱ जाएगी।

ᳯट᭡ पण 2: जहां ऐसे किन᭬ ठ ᭪ यिᲦयᲂ, िज᭠ हᲂने अपनी अहᭅक या पाᮢता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, के संबंध मᱶ ᮧो᭠ नित के िलए िवचार ᳰकया जा

रहा हो, वहां उनके ᭔ ये᭬ ठ ᭪ यिᲦयᲂ के संबंध मᱶ भी िवचार ᳰकया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब ᳰक उसके ᳇ारा कᳱ गई ऐसी अहᭅक या पाᮢता

सेवा, अपेिᭃत अहᭅक या पाᮢता सेवा के आधे से अिधक से या दो वषᭅ से, इनमᱶ से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उ᭠ हᲂने अपने ऐसे किन᭬ ठ

᭪ यिᲦयᲂ सिहत, िज᭠ हᲂने ऐसी अहᭅक या पाᮢता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उ᭒ चतर ᮰ेणी मᱶ ᮧो᭠ नित के िलए अपनी पᳯरवीᭃा

कᳱ अविध सफलतापूवᭅक पूरी कर ली हो।

ᮧितिनयुिᲦ :

के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार या रा᭔ य सरकार या संघ रा᭔ य ᭃेᮢᲂ के अधीन ऐसे अिधकारी:-

(क) (i) जो मूल कॉडर या िवभाग मᱶ िनयिमत आधार पर सदृश पद धारण ᳰकए ᱟए हᱹ; या

(ii) िज᭠ हᲂने मूल कॉडर या िवभाग मᱶ ᭭ तर-5 (29,200-92,300 ᱧ.) मᱶ िनयिमत आधार पर िनयुिᲦ के प᭫ चात उस ᮰ेणी मᱶ छह वषᭅ

कᳱ िनयिमत सेवा कᳱ हो; और

(ख) जो िन᭥ निलिखत शैिᭃक अहᭅताएं और अनुभव रखते हᲂ:-

(क) ᳰकसी मा᭠ यताᮧा᭡ त िव᭫ विव᳒ालय या सं᭭ थान से बैचलर िडᮕी, और;

(ख) ᭭ थापन, लेखा और साधारण ᮧशासन मᱶ दो वषᭅ का अनुभव हो।

ᳯट᭡ पण 1: - पोषक ᮧवगᭅ के ऐसे िवभागीय अिधकारी, जो ᮧो᭠ नित कᳱ सीधी पंिᲦ मᱶ हᱹ, ᮧितिनयुिᲦ पर िनयुिᲦ के िलए िवचार ᳰकए

जाने के पाᮢ नहᱭ हᲂगे। इसी ᮧकार ᮧितिनयुᲦ ᭪ यिᲦ ᮧो᭠ नित ᳇ारा िनयुिᲦ के िलए िवचार ᳰकए जाने के पाᮢ नहᱭ हᲂगे।

ᳯट᭡ पण 2: ᮧितिनयुिᲦ कᳱ अविध, िजसके अंतगᭅत के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार के उसी या ᳰकसी अ᭠ य संगठन या िवभाग मᱶ इस िनयुिᲦ से ठीक पहले

धाᳯरत ᳰकसी अ᭠ य काडर बा᳭ पद पर ᮧितिनयुिᲦ कᳱ अविध है, साधारणतया 3 वषᭅ से अिधक नहᱭ होगी। ᮧितिनयुिᲦ ᳇ारा िनयुिᲦ के

िलए अिधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन ᮧा᭡ त करने कᳱ अंितम तारीख को 56 वषᭅ से अिधक नहᱭ होगी।

यᳰद िवभागीय ᮧो᭠ नित सिमित है, तो उसकᳱ संरचना

भतᱮ करने मᱶ ᳰकन पᳯरि᭭थितयᲂ मᱶ संघ लोक सेवा

आयोग से परामशᭅ ᳰकया जाएगा

G.S.R. 141 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the N.F.S.C. Class III and IV (Recruitment) Rules, 1957 in so far as they relate to the post of Head Clerk

except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following

rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant in the National Fire Service College, Nagpur under the

Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, National Fire

Service College, Nagpur, Assistant, (Group B) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and the

level in the pay matrix shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of Recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.— The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said schedule.

Disqualifications.— No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from operation of this rule.

Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Class, Ex-servicemen and other special

categories of persons in accordance with orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Promotion:

Upper Division Clerk and Hostel Warden of NFSC, Nagpur in Level 4

(Rs.25500-81100/-) in the Pay matrix with ten years’ regular service in the

grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis and successful

completion of 2-4 weeks training in the field as prescribed by Department.

Note 1.- The eligibility list for promotion shall be prepared with reference

to the date of completion of ten years of regular service by the officials in

Pay Level-4 (25500-81100) in the pay matrix in the post of Hostel warder

or Upper Division Clerk.

Note 2.-Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility

service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be

considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or

eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility

service or two years, whichever is less and have successfully completed

their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with

their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility

service.

Deputation:

Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union

Territories:-

(A) (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or

department, or

(ii) with six years’ regular service in the grade rendered after

appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 5 (Rs.29200-

92300/-)in the parent cadre or department, and

(B)Possessing

the

following

educational

qualifications

and

experience:

(a) Bachelor’s Degree of a recognised University or Institute, and

(b) two years’ experience in establishment, accounts and general

administration.

Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the

direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration of

appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible

for consideration for appointment by promotion.

Note 2: Period of deputation including period of deputation spent in any

other ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the

same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government

shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. The maximum age limit for

appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the

closing date of receipt of applications.

िनरहᭅता.— वह ᳞िᲦ-

(क) िजसने ऐसे ᳞िᲦ से, िजसका पित या िजसकᳱ प᳀ी जीिवत है, िववाह ᳰकया है या िववाह कᳱ संिवदा कᳱ है; या

(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी प᳀ी के जीिवत रहते ᱟए ᳰकसी ᳞िᲦ से िववाह ᳰकया है या िववाह कᳱ संिवदा कᳱ है;

लागू ᭭वीय िविध के अधीन अनु᭄ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अ᭠य आधार है, तो वह ᳰकसी ᳞िᲦ को इस िनयम के ᮧवतᭅन से

छूट दे सकेगी ।

5. िशिथल करने कᳱ शिᲦ.— जहां के᭠ᮤीय सरकार कᳱ यह राय है ᳰक ऐसा करना आव᭫यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह

कारणᲂ को लेखब᳍ करके आदेश ᳇ारा, इन िनयमᲂ के ᳰकसी उपबंध को ᳰकसी वगᭅ या ᮧवगᭅ के ᳞िᲦयᲂ के संदभᭅ मᱶ िशिथल

कर सकेगी ।

᳞ावृिᱫ.— इन िनयमᲂ कᳱ कोई बात आरᭃण, आयु-सीमा मᱶ छूट और अ᭠य ᳯरयायतᲂ पर ᮧभाव नहᱭ डालेगी,

िजनका के᭠ᮤीय सरकार ᳇ारा इस संबंध मᱶ समय–समय पर जारी ᳰकए गए आदेशᲂ के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जाितयᲂ, अनुसूिचत

जनजाितयᲂ, अ᭠ य िपछड़े वगᲄ, भूतपूवᭅ सैिनकᲂ और अ᭠य िवशेष ᮧवगᭅ के ᳞िᲦयᲂ के िलए उपबंध करना अपेिᭃत है ।

supersession of the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital and Kalawati Saran Children’s

Hospital, New Delhi, (Operation Theatre Attendant)( Group ‘D’ posts), Recruitment Rules, 2007, except as respects

things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating

the method of recruitment to the post of Operation Theatre Attendant in the Kalawati Saran Children Hospital , New

Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Kalawati Saran Children Hospital, New Delhi, Operation Theatre Attendant (Group ‘C’ Post), Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient, so to do, it may,

by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

Note 1: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff

Selection Commission/ competent authority for the reasons to be

recorded in writing in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

Note 2: Qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the

discretion of the Staff Selection Commission/competent authority

for the reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates

belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes, if, at

any stage of selection the Staff Selection Commission/competent

authority is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates

belonging to these communities possessing the requisite experience

are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for

them.

G.S.R. 143 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Staff Car Driver (Special

Grade) in the Ministry of Textiles, Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), namely:-

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Textiles, Office of the

Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Staff Car Driver (Special Grade) Group ‘B’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level

in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

सा.का.िन. 144 .—रा᭬ ᮝपित, संिवधान के अनु᭒ छेद 309 के पर᭠ तुक ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए और

जल संसाधन मंᮢालय, कᱶᮤीय जल आयोग, समूह ‘क’ और समूह ‘ख’: जल मौसम िव᭄ान पद भतᱮ िनयम, 2015 को, इन

बातᲂ के िसवाय अिधᮓांत करते ᱟए िज᭠ हᱶ ऐसे अिधᮓमण से पूवᭅ ᳰकया गया है या करने का लोप ᳰकया गया है, जल शि᭍ त

मंᮢालय, जल संसाधन, नदी िवकास और गंगा संरᭃण िवभाग, कᱶᮤीय जल आयोग मᱶ उप िनदेशक (जल मौसम िव᭄ान),

सहायक िनदेशक (जल मौसम िव᭄ान),अितᳯर᭍ त सहायक िनदेशक (जल मौसम िव᭄ान) और वै᭄ािनक सहायक पदᲂ पर भतᱮ

कᳱ प᳍ित का िविनयमन करने के िलए िन᭥ निलिखत िनयम बनाते हᱹ, अथाᭅत् :-

1. संिᭃ᭡ त नाम और ᮧार᭥ भ .— (1) इन िनयमᲂ का सिᭃ᭡ त नाम जल शि᭍ त मंᮢालय, जल संसाधन, नदी िवकास और गंगा

संरᭃण मंᮢालय, कᱶᮤीय जल आयोग, उपिनदेशक (जल मौसम िव᭄ान) अितᳯर᭍ त सहायक (जल मौसम िव᭄ान) और

वै᭄ािनक सहायक (समूह ‘क’ और ‘ख’ पदᲂ) भतᱮ िनयम 2020 है।

(2) ये राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृ᭜ त हᲂगे ।

2. लागू होना – ये िनयम, इन िनयमᲂ से उपाब᳍ अनुसूची के ᭭ त᭥ भ (1) मᱶ िविन᳸दᭅ᭬ ट पदᲂ को लागू हᲂगे।

3. पद-सं᭎ या, वगᱮकरण और वेतन मैᳯट᭍ स मे ᭭ तर.—पद कᳱ सं᭎ या, उसका वगᱮकरण और वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍ स मᱶ ᭭तर वह होगा,

जो इन िनयमᲂ से उपाब᳍ अनुसूची के ᭭ तंभ (2) से ᭭ तंभ (4) मᱶ िविन᳸दᭅ᭬ ट हᱹ ।

4. भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित, आयु सीमा,अहᭅताएं आᳰद.—भतᱮ कᳱ प᳍ित, आयु सीमा, अहᭅताएं और उससे संबंिधत अ᭠ य बातᱶ वे हᲂगी

जो उ᭍ त/पूवᲃᲦ अनुसूची के ᭭ तंभ (5) से ᭭तंभ (13) मᱶ िविन᳸दᭅ᭬ ट है ।

5. िनरहᭅता.— वह ᭪ यि᭍ त-

(क) िजसने ऐसे ᭪ यि᭍ त से िजसका पित या िजसकᳱ प᭜ नी जीिवत हᱹ, िववाह ᳰकया है; या

(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी प᭜ नी के जीिवत रहते ᱟए ᳰकसी ᭪ यि᭍ त से िववाह ᳰकया है उ᭍ त पद पर िनयुि᭍ त

का पाᮢ नहᱭ होगा :

पर᭠ तु यᳰद के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है ᳰक ऐसा िववाह उस ᭪ यि᭍ त और िववाह के अ᭠ य पᭃकार

को लागू ᭭ वीय िविध के अधीन अनु᭄ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अ᭠ य आधार हᱹ तो वह ᳰकसी ᭪ यि᭍ त को इस िनयम के

ᮧवतᭅन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

6. िशिथल करने कᳱ शि᭍ त.—जहां के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार कᳱ यह राय है ᳰक ऐसा करना आव᭫ यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके

िलए जो कारण हᱹ, उ᭠ हᱶ लेखब᳍ करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामशᭅ करके, इन िनयमᲂ के ᳰकसी उपबंध को ᳰकसी

वगᭅ या ᮧवगᭅ के ᭪ यि᭍ तयᲂ कᳱ बाबत, आदेश ᳇ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी ।

7. ᭪ यावृि᭜ त.—इन िनयमᲂ कᳱ कोई बात, ऐसे आरᭃण, आयु-सीमा मᱶ छूट और अ᭠ य ᳯरयायतᲂ पर ᮧभाव नहᱭ डालेगी,

जनजाितयᲂ, अ᭠ य िपछड़े वगᲄ, भूतपूवᭅ सैिनकᲂ और अ᭠ य िवशेष ᮧवगᭅ के ᭪ यि᭍ तयᲂ के िलए उपबंध करना अपेिᭃत है ।

ᳯट᭡ पण : जहां ऐसे किन᭬ ठ ᭪ यि᭍ तयᲂ के संबंध मᱶ, िज᭠ हᲂने अपनी अहᭅक या पाᮢता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, ᮧो᳖ित के िलए िवचार ᳰकया जा

जाने के पाᮢ नहᱭ हᲂगे। इसी ᮧकार ᮧितिनयु᭍ त ᭪ यि᭍ त ᮧो᭠ नित ᳇ारा िनयुि᭍ त के िलए िवचार ᳰकए जाने के पाᮢ नहᱭ हᲂगे ।

ᳯट᭡ पण 2 : ᮧितिनयुि᭍ त कᳱ अविध, िजसके अंतगᭅत कᱶᮤीय सरकार के उसी या ᳰकसी अ᭠ य संगठन या िवभाग मᱶ इस िनयुि᭍ त से ठीक पहले

धाᳯरत ᳰकसी अ᭠ य काडर बा᳭ पद पर ᮧितिनयुि᭍ त कᳱ अविध है साधारणतया 4 वषᭅ से अिधक नहᱭ होगी।

ᳯट᭡ पण 3 : ᮧितिनयुि᭍ त ᳇ारा िनयुि᭍ त के िलए अिधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन ᮧा᭡ त करने कᳱ अंितम तारीख को 56 वषᭅ से अिधक नहᱭ

होगी।

यᳰद िवभागीय ᮧो᭠ नित सिमित है, तो उसकᳱ संरचना

भतᱮ करने मᱶ ᳰकन पᳯरि᭭ थितयᲂ मᱶ संघ लोक सेवा आयोग

से परामशᭅ ᳰकया जायेगा

होगी।

G.S.R. 144 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Water Resources, Central Water Commission, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’,

Hydrometeorology Posts Recruitment Rules, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Deputy

Director (Hydrometeorology), Assistant Director (Hydrometeorology), Extra Assistant Director (Hydrometeorology) and

Scientific Assistant in the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga

Rejuvenation, Central Water Commission, namely :–

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water

Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Water Commission, Deputy Director

(Hydrometeorology), Assistant Director (Hydrometeorology), Extra Assistant Director (Hydrometeorology) and

Scientific Assistant (Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Posts), Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, their classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification.—No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by

order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of

the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.
