(i) वे नयुिJत क तथ से 2 वषF क अवध के Xलए पbरवीvा पर रह@गे, िजसे सvम ाधकार( के ववेक पर बढ़ाया जा सकता

पि`नयां हZ, या एक पत/प`नी के जीवत रहते उGहWने ववाह iकया है और यह ववाह पत/प`नी के रहते iकए जाने के कारण अमाGय

करार %दया गया हो तो यह नयुिJत इन संबंधी शतy के लागू होने से उGह@ द( गई छूट क शतF के अधीन होगी।

(iii) म%हला अ}यथ~ क नयुिJत नधाFbरत प म@ इस आशय क घोषणा 8तुत iकए जाने क शतF के अधीन क जाएगी iक

य%द उसने iकसी ऐसे €यिJत िजसक एक प`नी जीवत है, से ववाह iकया है तो यह नयुिJत इस संबंध म@ नधाFbरत शतy के लागू होने

से उसे दान क गई छूट क शतF के अधीन होगी।

(iv) यह नयुिJत नजद(क bरrतेदारW के बारे म@ एनआईसीएफ वारा उपल•ध कराए जाने वाले नधाFbरत प पर सूचना 8तुत

करने क शतF के अधीन होगी। प म@ %दए गए •यौरे म@ iकसी कार के पbरवतFन को `येक वषF के अंत म@ सूचत करना होगा।

(v) व%हत प पर इस आशय क स`यन<ठा क अXभपुि<ट करने के Xलए भारत के संवधान के त न<ठा/ईमानदार( रखने

क शपथ लेनी होगी।

(vi) उJत नयुिJत के तहत अधकार( को भारत के iकसी भी भाग म@ तैनात iकया जा सकता है।

उनक नयुिJत उनके चbर व पूवFवृ`त के संबंध म@ सरकार वारा आवrयक समझी गई इस जांच के आधार पर उनके यो…य पाए जाने के

अƒयधीन होगी।

3(ख) य%द iकसी भी समय उनक यो…यता के संबंध म@ उनके वारा भेजा गया कोई भी माणप या द8तावेज ठ†क नह(ं पाया

जाता है अथवा उनक यो…यता के संबंध म@ कोई भी सूचना/तaया`मक सामPी छुपाई गई है/गलत 8तुत क गई है, तो संगत नयमW के

अधीन iकसी अGय दंडा`मक कायFवाह( के बारे म@ Kबना iकसी पूवाFPह के उनक नयुिJत त`काल र‡ कर द( जाएगी।

[iii] The appointment of a female candidate will be subject to the submission of a declaration in the prescribed

form to the effect that in the event of her marrying a person who has a wife living, the appointment will be

subject to her being exempted from the enforcement of the requirement in this behalf.

[iv] The appointment will be subject to furnishing of information in respect of close relations in the prescribed

proforma to be supplied by the NICF. Any change in the particulars given in the proforma to be further
