बातों के जसवा ाजिक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्िें ऐसे ाजिक्मण से ृूवि दक ा ग ा िज ा करने का लोृ दक ा ग ा िज, केन्री

ानुसंिान संस्ट् ान, कसौली (वगि III और वगि IV ृि) भती जन म, 1965 को, ििां तक इसका संबंि तकनीकी ृ िवेक्षेक

(जवद्युत) से िज, जन मों को संिोजित करने के जलए जनम्नजलज त जन म बनाते िैं, ा ाित् :-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन जन मों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट्् और ृंरवार कल् ाण मंत्राल , केन्री ानुसंिान

संस्ट् ान, कसौली, तकनीकी ृ िवेक्षक (जवद्युत), समूि ‘ ’(ारािृजत्रत) भती जन म, 2020 िज ।

िोगा, िो इन जन मों से उृाबद्ध ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं ।

3. भती की ृद्धजत, आ ु-सीमा, ाििताएं आदि.—भती की ृद्धजत, आ ु-सीमा, ाििताएं और उससे संबंजित ान् बातें वे

िोंगी िो उि / ृूवोि ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं ।

4. जनरििता.—वि व्यजि –

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका ृजत ा जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत िज, जववाि दक ा िज ा जववाि की संजविा की िज; ा

( ) जिसने ाृने ृजत ा ाृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दक ा िज ा जववाि की संजविा की िज,

उि ृि ृर जन ुजि का ृात्र निीं िोगा :

ृरन्तु दि केन्री सरकार का ि समािान िो िाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के ान् ृक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वी जवजि के ािीन ानुज्ञे िज और ऐसा करने के जलए ान् आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इसजन म के प्रवतिन से

छूट िे सकेगी ।

6.

जिज ल करने की िजि.—ििां केन्री सरकार की ि रा िज दक ऐसा करना आव क ा समीचीन िज, विां वि उसके

जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें ले बद्ध करके, इन जन मों के दकसी उृबंि को दकसी वगि ा प्रवगि के व्यजि ों की बाबत, आिेि

्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी ।

7. व्यावषजत्त.—इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आ ु-सीमा में छूट और ान् ंर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्री सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में सम –सम ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिेां के ानुसार ानुसूजचत िाजत ों, ानुसूजचत

िनिाजत ों, ान् जृछडे वगों, भूतृूवि सजनकों और ान् जविेष प्रवगि के व्यजि ों के जलए उृबंि करना ाृेजक्षत िज ।

ंटप्ृण 2 : प्रजतजन ुजि की ावजि, जिसके

New Delhi, the 3rd November, 2020

G.S.R. 160.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules to

amend the Central Research Institute, Kasauli (Class III and Class IV posts) Recruitment Rules, 1965 insofar as they

relate to the post of Technical Supervisor (Electrical), namely:-

1. Short title and commencement .— (i) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Central Research Institute, Kasauli, Technical Supervisor (Electrical), Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment Rules,

2020.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix .—The number of said post, its classification and the

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc .—The method of the recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification .—No persons,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rules.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving .—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Caste, the Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special

categories of persons in accordance with the order issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R . 161.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the National Malaria Eradication Programme,(Group ‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 1980, in so far as

they relate to the post of Store Keeper, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Store Keeper in the

National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme, under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of

Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme, Store Keeper (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.— The number of post, its classification and the level in

pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,-

(i) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person having a spouse living; or

(ii) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax .—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time In this

regard.

before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the

posts of Telephone Operator in the National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme, under the Directorate General

of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme, Telephone Operator (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.— The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc. .— The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.— No person,-

(i) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person having a spouse living; or

(ii) Who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.— Where the central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ .—

(1) इन जन मों का संजक्षप्त नाम नीजत आ ोग (रा्‍ री भारत ृंरवतिन संस्ट् ान), तकनीकी ाजिकारी, समूि ‘क’

ृि भती जन म, 2020 िज।

(2) े रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारी को प्रवषत्त िोंगे।

ृि-सं्‍ ा, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर .— उि ृिों की सं्‍ ा, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में

उनका स्ट्तर वे िोंगे, िो इन जन मों से उृाबद्ध ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं।

3.

भती की ृजद्ध, आ ु-सीमा, ाििताएं आ.— भती की ृद्धजत, आ ु-सीमा, ाििताएं और उनसे संबंजित ान् बातें वे

िोंगी िो उि ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं।

4.

जनरििता.— वि व्यजि –

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका ृजत ा जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत िज, जववाि दक ा िज, ा जववाि की संजविा की िज ा

को लागू स्ट्वी जवजि के ािीन ानुज्ञे िज और ऐसा करने के जलए ान् आिार िज तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जन म के प्रवतिन

से छूट िे सकेगी।

5.

जिज ल करने की िजि.—ििां केन्री सरकार की ि रा िज दक ऐसा करना आव क ा समीचीन िज, विां वि

उसके जलए िो कारण िज उन्िें ले बद्ध करके और संज लोक सेवा आ ोग से ृरामिि करके इन जन मों के दकसी उृबंि को

दकसी वगि ा प्रवगि के व्यजि ों की बाबत, आिेि ्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी।

6.

व्यावषजत्त.— इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आ ु-सीमा में छूट और ान् ंर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्री सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में सम -सम ृर जनकाले गए आिेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजचत िाजत ों, ानुसूजचत

िनिाजत ों, भूतृूवि सजनकों और ान् जविेष प्रवगि के जलए उृबंि करना ाृेजक्षत िज।

G.S.R. 164 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the erstwhile Planning Commission(Technical Officer Recruitment) Rules, 1994, except as respects

things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating

the method of recruitment to the post of Technical Officer in the NITI Aayog, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the NITI Aayog (National Institution for

Transforming India), Technical Officer, Group ‘A’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.— The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix applicable thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.– No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, as entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax

any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons.

6. Savings.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special

categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
