सा. का. जन. 186(अ).—राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक ्ारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और

केन्रीय अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, कसौली (श्रेणी III और श्रेणी IV पद) भती जनयम,1965 को, जहां तक इसका संबंध कायागलय

अधीक्षक के पद से हज, उन बातों के जसवास अजधक्ांत करते हुए, जजन्हें ऐसे अजधक्मण से पूवग दकया गया हज या करने का लोप

दकया गया हज, स्ट्वास्ट््य एवं पंरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के अधीन केन्रीय अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, कसौली में कायागलय अधीक्षक

समूह ‘ख’ पद पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, अथागत् :-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और पंरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, केन्रीय अनुसंधान

संस्ट्थान, कसौली, कायागलय अधीक्षक (समूह ‘ख’ पद) भती जनयम, 2020 हज ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

पद–सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर: उि पद की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर वे

होंगे जो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

3.

भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहगताएं आदद: उि पद पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहगताएं और उससे संबंजधत

अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं ।

4.

जनरहगता: वह व्यजि –

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्नी जीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की हज; या

(ख) जजसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की

हज ,

उि पद पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा:

परन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से

छूट दे सकेगी ।

5.

जिजथल करने की िजि : जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज, वहां वह

उसके जलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिग करके इन जनयमों के दकसी

उपबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

6.

व्यावृजत्त : इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,

जजनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध में समय–समय पर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जपछडे वगों, भूतपूवग सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना

अपेजक्षत हज ।

प्रोन्नजत :

संस्ट्थान में वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर-4 (25500-81100 रु.) में 10 वषग की जनयजमत सेवा करने वाले उच्च श्रेणी

जलजपकों में से प्रोन्नजत और जजन्होंने जवभाग ्ारा जवजहत दो से चार सप्ताह का आज्ञापक प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूवगक पूरा दकया

हो ।

ंटप्पण 1 : जहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, जजन्होंने अपनी अहगक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली हज, प्रोन्नजत के जलए

जवचार दकया जा रहा हो, वहां उनसे येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जवचार दकया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब दक उनके ्ारा

की गई ऐसी अहगक या पात्रता सेवा, अपेजक्षत अहगक या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अजधक से या दो वषग से, इनमें से जो भी कम

हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत, जजन्होंने ऐसी अहगक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली हज,

अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पंरवीक्षा की अवजध सफलतापूवगक पूरी कर ली हो ।

प्रजतजनयुजि : केन्रीय सरकार या रा य सरकार या संघ रा य क्षेत्र के ऐसे अजधकारी

(क) (i) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर सदृि पद धारण दकया हो; या

(ii) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर – 5 (29200-92300 रु.) में या इसके समतुल्य में

जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में छ: वषग की जनयजमत सेवा की हो ; या

(iii) मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर -4 (25500-81100 रु.) या इसके समतुल्य में जनयजमत

आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में 10 वषग की सेवा की हो ; और

(ख) जो जनम्नजलजखत िजक्षजणक अहगताएं और अनुभव रखते हों :

(i) मान्यताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से स्नातन की उपाजध, और

(ii) प्रिासजनक और स्ट्थापन से संबंजधत कायग में दो वषग का अनुभव हो ।

ंटप्पण 1:- पोषक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी, जो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि में हज, प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए

जवचार दकए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए जाने के पात्र

नहीं होंगे ।

ंटप्पण 2:- प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध, जजसके अंतगगत केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संग न या जवभाग में इस

जनयुजि के ीक पहले धांरत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध हज साधारणतया 3 वषग से अजधक नहीं

होगी ।

ंटप्पण 3:- प्रजतजनयुजि ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 वषग से

अजधक नहीं होगी ।

यदद जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत हज, तो उसकी संरचना

भती करने में दकन पंरजस्ट्थजतयों में संघ लोक

सेवा आयोग से परामिग दकया जाएगा

G.S.R. 186.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Research Institute, Kasauli, (Class III and Class IV posts) Recruitment Rules, 1965 in so far

as it relates to the post of Office Superintendent, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules, regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Office

Superintendent, Group ‗B‘ post in the Central Research Institute, Kasauli under the Ministry of Health and Family

Welfare, namely:-

1. Short Title and Commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family

Welfare, Central Research Institute, Kasauli, Office Superintendant, (Group ‗B‘ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. --The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.--The method of the recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. -- No person,--

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. -- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in consultation with Union Public Service Commission relax any

of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. -- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-Servicemen

and other special categories of persons in accordance with the order issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

मजंरक् स में स्ट्तर या वेतनमान वे होंगे जो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट् तंभ (2) से स्ट् तंभ (4) में जवजनर्दद्‍ ट हैं ।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहगताएं आदद.—उक् त पद पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहगताएं और उससे

संबंजधत अन् य बातें वे होंगी जो उक् त अनुसूची के स्ट् तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्दद्‍ ट हैं ।

G.S.R. 187.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Central Water

Commission (Junior Translator) Recruitment Rules, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before

such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Junior Translator in the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal

Shakti, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of

Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Water Commission, Junior Translator (Group

‗B‘ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.—No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of the age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ .—(1) इस जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम वस्त्र आयुि कायागलय, बुनाई टेक्नोलोजजस्ट्ट (समूह “ख”)

पद भती जनयम, 2019 हज ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।

पदों की सं्‍या वगीकरण, वेतन मेंरक्स में स्ट्तर.—उि पदों की सं्‍या, उनका वगीकरण और उनका वेतन-मेंरक्स

में स्ट्तर वें होंगे जो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हज।

3.

भती की पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहगताएं आदद.—उि पद पर भती पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहगताएं और उससे संबंजधत

अन्य बातें वे होगी जो उि अनूसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हज ।

4.

जनरहगता.—वह व्यजि

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्नी जीजवत हैं, जववाह दकया हैं, या

(ख) जजसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज,

उि पद पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हैं दक ऐसा जववाह उस व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से

छूट दे सकेगी ।

5.

जिजथल करने की िजि.—जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज, वहां उसके

जलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिग करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी भी

वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6.

व्यावृजत.—इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,

जजनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध में समय–समय पर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत

जनजाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़ो वगों, भूतपूवग सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजक्षत हज।

G.S.R. 188.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Office of the Textile Commissioner (Group ‗C‘ and ‗D‘ Non-Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Rules,

1989,in so far as they relate to the post of Expert Weaver, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before

such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Weaving Technologist, in the Office of the Textile Commissioner in the Ministry of Textiles, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Office of the Textile Commissioner,

Weaving Technologist (Group ‗B‘), Post Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of posts, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of posts, their classification, level in the

pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax

any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

का जवजनयमन करने के जलये जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं I अथागत् :-

1.

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ - (1)

इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम, वस्त्र मंत्रालय, वस्त्र आयुि का कायागलय, जनदेिक

(तकनीकी), समूह ‘क’ पद भती जनयम, 2019 होगा ।

ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2.

पदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण, वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर.—पदों की सं्‍या, इनका वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर वे

होंगे जो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट होंगे ।

3.

भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहगताएाँ आदद.—भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहगताएाँ एवं अन्य बातें वे होंगी, जो उि

अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं ।

4.

जनरहगता.—वह व्यजि –

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्नी जीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज; जववाह की संजवदा की हज; या

(ख) जजसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी अन्य व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज,

उि पद पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परंतु यदद केंरीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह, उस व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से

छूट दे सकेगी ।

5.

जिजथल करने की िजि.—जहां केंरीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज,

वहााँ वह उसके जलए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिग करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध

को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

6.

व्यावृजत्त.—इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु–सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं

डालेगी, जजनका केंरीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध में समय – समय पर जनकाले गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जपछडा वगग ,भूतपूवग – सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए प्रावधान करना

प्रौद्योजगकी अथवा वस्त्र इंजजजनयरींग अथवा वस्त्र रसायन अथवा वस्त्र प्रसंस्ट्करण अथवा

रसायन इंजीजनयररग जडग्री; और

वस्त्र से संबजन्धत क्षेत्र में प्रबंधकीय क्षमता में 10 वषग का अनुभव ।

ंटप्पण 1 : पोषक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी, जो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि में हैं, प्रजतजनयुजि पर

जनयुजि करने के जलए जवचार दकए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे, इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा

जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।

ंटप्पण 2 : प्रजतजनयुजि (अल्पकाजलक संजवदा सजहत) की अवजध जजसमें केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या

दकसी अन्य संग न या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ीक पहले धांरत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर

वस्त्र आयुि समूह ‘क’ पद वस्त्र मंत्रालय, वस्त्र आयुि का कायागलय का भती जनयम, 2010 को, जहााँ तक उसका सम्बन्ध

अजतंरि वस्त्र आयुि के पद से हज, उन बातों के जसवाय अजधक्ांत करते हुए, जजन्हें ऐसे अजधक्मण से पहले दकया गया हज या

दकए जाने से लोप दकया गया हज, वस्त्र मंत्रालय, वस्त्र आयुि के कायागलय में अजतंरि वस्त्र आयुि के पद की भती की पद्धजत

का जवजनयमन करने के जलये जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं I अथागत् :-

1.

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ .—(1)

इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम वस्त्र मंत्रालय, वस्त्र आयुि का कायागलय, अजतंरि

वस्त्र आयुि, समूह ‘क’ पद, भती जनयम, 2019 होगा ।

ये जनयम राजपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

पदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर .— उि पद की सं्‍या, इनका वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में

स्ट्तर वे होंगे जो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट होगा ।

3.

भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहगताएाँ आदद.–उि पद पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहगताएाँ और उससे संबंजधत

अन्य बातें वे होंगी, जो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हज ।

4.

जनरहगता .—वह व्यजि –

(क)

जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्नी जीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज; या जववाह की संजवदा की हज,

या

(ख) जजसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी अन्य व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज,

उि पद पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा ।

परंतु यदद केंरीय सरकार

का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह, उस व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से

छूट दे सकेगी ।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि.—जहां केंरीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज, वहााँ वह उसके

जलए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के साथ परामिग करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को

दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृजत्त .—इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु–सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,

जजनका केंरीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध में समय – समय पर जनकाले गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत

जनजाजतयों, अन्य जपछडा वगग, भूतपूवग – सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए प्रावधान करना अपेजक्षत हज ।

प्रोन्नजत :

वेतन मजंरक्स के स्ट्तर – 13 (123100-215900 रु.)

में के ऐसे संयुि वस्त्र आयुि, संयुि वस्त्र आयुि

(तकनीकी), संयुि वस्त्र आयुि (कपास), संयुि

वस्त्र आयुि (आर्थिथकी) के पद में जनयजमत आधार पर

जनयुजि के पश्चात 2 वषं की सेवा पूरी की हो ।

ंटप्पण 1 : अजधकारी ्ारा अपनी ग्रेड में प्रोन्नजत के

जलए जनधागंरत अहगक सेवा पूरी करने की तारीख से

पात्रता सूची तजयार की जाएगी ।

ंटप्पण 2: जहााँ ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में,

जजन्होंने अपनी अहगक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली हज,

प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया जा रहा हो, वहां उनके

येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जवचार दकया जाएगा

परन्तु यह तब जब दक उसके ्ारा की गई ऐसी अहगक

या पात्रता सेवा,अपेजक्षत अहगक या पात्रता सेवा के

आधे से अजधक से या दो वषग से,इनमें से जो भी कम

हो,कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों

सजहत, जजन्होंने ऐसी अहगक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही

पूरी कर ली हज,अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए

अपनी पंरवीक्षा की अवजध सफलतापूवगक पूरी कर

ली हो।

प्रजतजनयुजि (अल्पकाजलक संजवदा सजहत) : केंरीय

सरकार अथवा रा य सरकार अथवा संघ रा य क्षेत्र

अथवा पज‍लक सेक्टर के उपक्म अथवा मान्यता

प्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्ट्थानों अथवा अधग सरकारी

अथवा स्ट्वायत्त जनकाय अथवा कानूनी संग नों के

ऐसे अजधकारी,

(क) (i) जो अपने मूल काडर / जवभाग में जनयजमत

आधार पर सदृि पद धारण दकए हुए हैं;

समूह ‘क’ जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत ; (प्रोन्नजत के

संबंध में जवचार के जलए):-

1. अध्यक्ष अथवा सदस्ट्य,

संघ लोक सेवा आयोग

--अध्यक्ष

2. संयुि सजचव, वस्त्र मंत्रालय --सदस्ट्य

3. वस्त्र आयुि, वस्त्र आयुि का

रु.) में जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के

पश्चात 2 वषों की सेवा की हो।; और

(ख्) जजनके पास जनम्नानुसार िजक्षजणक अहगता और

अनुभव हो:

आवश्यक:-

(i)

दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय अथवा

संस्ट्था से स्नातक जडग्री;

(ii) सामान्य प्रिासन अथवा व्यापार अथवा

उद्योग अथवा आर्थिथक और औद्योजगक नीजत

अथवा जवत्त अथवा मानव संसाधन जवकास में

12 वषों का अनुभव ।

वांछनीय योग्यता :-

(i)

दकसी

मान्यताप्राप्त

जवश्वजवद्यालय

से

स्नातकोत्तर जडग्री ;

(ii)

दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय अथवा

संस्ट्थान अथवा समतुल्य से जबजनेस प्रिासन

अथवा जबजनेस उद्यजमयता में स्नातकोत्तर

जडग्री ।

ंटप्पण 1 : पोषक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी,

जो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि में हैं, प्रजतजनयुजि

(अल्पकाजलक संजवदा सजहत) पर जनयुजि करने के

जलए जवचार दकए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे, इसी प्रकार

प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए

जवचार दकए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।

ंटप्पण 2 : प्रजतजनयुजि (अल्पकाजलक संजवदा सजहत)

की अवजध जजसमें केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी

अन्य संग न या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ीक पहले

धांरत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रजतजनयुजि

(अल्पकाजलक संजवदा सजहत) की अवजध िाजमल हज,

साधारणतया 5 वषग से अजधक नहीं होगी ।
