को, उन बातों के जसवाय अजिक्ांत

करते हुए जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्मण से पूवग दकया गया िज या करने का लोप दकया गया िज, स्ट्वास्ट््य और पंरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय,

सफ़िरिंग अस्ट्पताल, नई दिल्ली में प्रिासजनक अजिकारी के पि पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलज त

जनयम बनाते िैं:-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट् वास्ट् ् य और पंरवार कल् याण मंत्रालय, सफिरिंग

अस्ट् पताल, नई दिल् ली, प्रिासजनक अजिकारी (समूि ‘ ’ पि) भती जनयम, 2020 िज ।

2.

पि की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक् स में स्ट् तर.—उक् त पि की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन

मजंरक् स में उसका स्ट् तर वि िोगा िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूीी के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनदििगट िज ।

3.

भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिगताएं, आदि.—उक् त पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिगताएं और उससे

संबंजित अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो पूवोि अनुसूीी के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनदििगट िैं ।

4.

जनरिगता.—वि व्यजि-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िज, जववाि दकया िज या जववाि की

संजविा की िज; या

( ) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िज या जववाि

की संजविा की िज;

उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:

परंतु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य

पक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िज, तो वि दकसी व्यजि

को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से छूट िे सकेगी ।

5.

जिज ल करने की िजि.—ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीीीन िज, विां

वि कारणों को ले बद्ध करके और संज लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिग करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को

दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत्, आिेि ्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी ।

6.

व्यावषजत्त.—इन जनयमों की कोई बात आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में समय–समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजीत

िाजतयों, अनुसूजीत िनिाजतयों, अन् य जपछड़े वगगों, भूतपूवग सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए

उपबंि करना अपेजक्षत िज ।

ंटप्पण 2 : पोषक प्रवगग के ऐसे

जवभागीय अजिकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की

सीिी पंजि में िज, प्रजतजनयुजि पर

जनयुजि के जलए जवीार दकए िाने के

पात्र निीं िोंगे । इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुि

व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए

जवीार दकए िाने के पात्र निीं िोंगे ।

ंटप्पण 3 : प्रजतजनयुजक् त की अवजि

जिसमें केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी

G.S.R. 198.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi, (Administrative Officer) Group ‘B’, Recruitment Rules, 1995,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following

rules, regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Administrative Officer in Safdarjung Hospital of New Delhi,

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Sadarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Administrative Officer ( Group ‘B’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) Who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient, so to do, it may,

by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of

the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

G.S.R. 199.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Plaster Cutter, Plaster

Technician and Senior Plaster Technician in the Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi, Plaster

Cutter, Plaster Technician and Senior Plaster Technician ( Group ‘C’ ) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification, level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living , or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to

any class or category of persons.

6. Saving .—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the other backward classes, the Ex-servicemen

and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from

time to time in this regard.

( ) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िज या जववाि की संजविा की

परंतु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य

G.S.R. 200.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, The

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Occupational Therapist,

in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt.

Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, Occupational Therapist,( Group ‘B’ Post) , Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by

order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of

the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

G.S.R. 202 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Technician (Urodynamic

Studies), Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital, New

Delhi, Technician (Urodynamic Studies), Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing , relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other special

categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
