G.S.R. 208 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Swimming Coach) Recruitment Rules, 1981

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following

rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Swimming Coach in the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National

Police Academy, Hyderabad under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :-

1.

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Swimming Coach, Recruitment Rules, 2020.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment of the said post,

age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the

aforesaid Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.—No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the above said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage, and that there are grounds for so doing,

exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, by order, and for the reasons to be recorded in

writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the ex-servicemen the Other Backward classes

and the other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government

from time to time in this regard.

(ii) Coaching Diploma or Certificate in swimming from a

recognised Institute; and

(iii) Possessing Certificate of participation in Olympic or Asian

games or Word Championship or Common Wealth games or

National games.

Experience:

Two years experience as Swimming Coach from an institution

recognised by the Government.

G.S.R. 209.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Network Administrator in the

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :-

1.

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Network Administrator), Recruitment Rules, 2020.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.— The number of post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.— No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the above said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage, and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for the reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the ex-servicemen, the Other Backward class

and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from

time to time in this regard.

7. व्यावषजत्त.— इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आ ु-सीमा में छूि और ान् ंर ा तों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केंरी सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में सम -सम पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजचत िाजत ों, ानुसूजचत

Welfare, Natural Resource Management and Rainfed Farming System Division, Group ‘A’ Posts Recruitment Rules,

2015 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group ‘A’ posts in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers

Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Natural Resource Management and Rainfed

Farming System Division, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers

Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Natural Resource Management and Rainfed

Farming System Division, (Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2.

Application.— These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3.

Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.— The number of said posts, their classification and

level in pay matrix relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications

and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5.

Disqualifications.— No person, -

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

6.

Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the other backward classes, ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.
