(iv) तदथᭅ पदो᳖ित को िकसी भी समय िबना इसका कोई कारण बताए समा᳙ िकया जा सकता है।

c) The SLP Nos.5724-5725/2019 in respect of S.N. Jasra & Raj Kumar against Delhi High Court’s

Judgement dated 12.11.2018.

d) Any other connected court matter

The ad hoc promotions shall not confer any right on the officers to continue in the grade of Deputy Secretary

indefinitely or for inclusion in the Select List for regular promotion to the grade or to claim seniority in the

grade.

iii.

The ad hoc promotions shall be initially for a period upto 30.06.2021 or until further orders, whichever is
