यह तदथᭅ पदो᳖ित इस ᮕेड मᱶ अिनि᳟त समय तक बने रहने या िनयिमत आधार पर िनयुिᲦ हेतु चयन सूची मᱶ शािमल

होने या के᭠ᮤीय सिचवालय सेवा के अनुभाग अिधकारी के ᮕेड मᱶ विर᳧ता का दावा करने का या अगले उ᭒ चतर ᮕेड मᱶ

पदो᳖ित या एनएफएस जारी िकए जाने का अिधकार ᮧदान नहᱭ करेगी;

iii.

तदथᭅ िनयुिᲦ को िबना कोई कारण बताए िकसी भी समय समा᭡ त िकया जा सकता है;

iv.

अिनवायᭅ ᮧिशᭃण से छूट केवल तदथᭅ पदो᳖ितयᲂ के िलए ᮧदान की गई है। यिद तदथᭅ आधार पर पदो᳖त अिधकारी

छूटᮧा᭡ त ᮰ेणी मᱶ शािमल नहᱭ हᱹ तो उ᭠हᱶ अपनी िनयिमत पदो᳖ितयᲂ से पहले कािमᭅक एवं ᮧिशᭃण िवभाग ᳇ारा

नामांिकत िकए जाने पर लेवल “बी” के ᮧिशᭃण कायᭅᮓम मᱶ भाग लेना होगा। ऐसा करने मᱶ िवफल रहने पर उन पर

उनके मूल ᮕेड अथाᭅत् एएसओ के ᮕेड मᱶ पदावनत िकए जाने सिहत सीएसएस िनयम, 2009 और उनके िविनयमᲂ और

सीएसएस अिधकािरयᲂ के िलए संवगᭅ ᮧिशᭃण योजना (सीटीपी) के संबंिधत ᮧावधान लागू हᲂगे।
