सा.का.जन. 54.—राष्ट्रृजत, संजविान के ानुच्छेि 309 के ृरंतुक ्ारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए िल

संसािन मंत्रालय, कमान क्षेत्र जवकास (समूि “क” ृि) भती जनयम, 2013 का संिोिन करने के जलए जनम्नजलज त जनयम

बनाते िैं, ा ागतः-

1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम िल संसािन, निी जवकास और गंगा संरक्षण मंत्रालय, कमान क्षेत्र जवकास (समूि ‘क’

ृि) भती (संिोिन) जनयम, 2021 िज।

(2) ये रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारी को प्रवषत्त िोंगे।

2. िल संसािन मंत्रालय, कमान क्षेत्र जवकास (समूि ‘क’ ृि) भती जनयम, 2013 में:-

(क) जनयम 1 में, उृजनयम (1) में ”िल संसािन मंत्रालय िब्िों के स्ट् ान ृर “िल िजि मंत्रालय, िल संसािन, निी जवकास

और गंगा संरक्षण जवभाग” िब्ि र े िाएंगे।

( ) जनयम 2 के स्ट् ान ृर जनम्नजलज त जनयम र ा िाएगा, ा ागत:-

“2 ृिों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर.—उि ृिों की सं्‍या, उनका वगीकरण और उनका वेतन मजंरक्स में

स्ट्तर वे िोंगे िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िगष्ट िैं‘‘।

(ग) ानुसूची में:-

(i) क्रम स्ट्तंभ (11) (क) (ii) में, आयुि (कमान क्षेत्र जवकास) के ृि से संबंजित क्रम सं्‍या 1 के सामने,”(118500-214000 रु.)

‘‘वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर-13” िब्िों, ांकों और कोष्ठकों के स्ट् ान ृर “(123100-215900) वेतन मजंरक्स के स्ट्तर 13” िब्िों

ांकों और कोष्ठकों को र ा िाएगा।

(ii) स्ट्तंभ (4) में, ज्येष्ठ संयुि आयुि (कषजि जवद्या) के ृि से संबंजित, क्रम सं्‍या 2 के सामने स्ट्तंभ िीिगक और इससे संबंजित

प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट् ान ृर जनम्नजलज त स्ट्तंभ िीिगक र ा िाएगा, ा ागतः

“वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर

वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर 13 (123100-215900 रु.)”;

(iii) क्रम सं्‍या 3 और इससे संबंजित प्रजवष्टयों को लोृ दकया िाएगा।

(Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation)

New Delhi, the 21st May, 2021

G.S.R. 54.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Water Resources, Command Area Development

(Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation,

Command Area Development (Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Water Resources, Command Area Development (Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013,-

(a) in rule 1, in sub-rule (1), for the words ‘‘Ministry of Water Resources’’, the words Ministry of Jal Shakti,

Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation’’ shall be substituted;

(b) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

‘‘2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, their classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.’’;

(i) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Commissioner (Command Area Development), in column (11) (a)

(ii) for the words, figures and brackets ‘‘Level 13 in the pay matrix (Rs. 118500- 214000)’’, the words, figures and

brackets “Level 13 in the pay matrix (123100-215900)’’ shall be substituted;

(ii) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Senior Joint Commissioner (Agricultural Discipline), in column (4),

for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted,

namely:-

‘‘Level in pay matrix

(4)

Level 13 in the pay matrix (Rs. 123100-215900)’’;

(iii) serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
