(छत् तीसग ) के कायािलय में दकया िा सकता िज ;

अत:, अब केन् रीय सरकार, कोयला िारक क्षेत्र (अििन और जवकास) अजिजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20)

(जिसे इसमें इसके ृश् चात् उक् त अजिजनयम किा गया िज) की िारा 4 की उृ-िारा (1) द्वारा प्रित् त िजक् तयों का

प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में कोयले का ृूवेक्षण करने के अृने आिय की सूचना िेती िज ;

उक् त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में जितबद्ध कोई व् यजक् त –

(i)

भूजम के संृूणि या दकसी भाग या उक्त भूजम में या उसके ऊृर दकसी अजिकार के अििन के प्रजत आक्षेृ

कर सकेगा; या

(ii) उक् त अजिजनयम की िारा 4 की उृ-िारा (3) के अिीन की गई दकसी कारिवाई से हुई या िोने वाली

संभाजवत दकसी नुकसान के जलए उक्त अजिजनयम की िारा 6 के अिीन प्रजतकर का िावा कर सकेगा ;

या

(ii) उक् त अजिजनयम की िारा 13 की उृ-िारा (1) के अिीन ृूवेक्षण अनुज्ञजप् तयों के प्रभाविीन िोने के

संबंि में या उक् त अजिजनयम की िारा 13 की उृ-िारा (4) के अिीन नन ृट्टे प्रभाविीन िोने के

जलए प्रजतकर का िावा कर सकेगा और उसे उक् त अजिनयम की िारा 13 की उृिारा (1) के ंड (i)

से ंड (iv) तक में जवजनर्ििष् ट मिों की बाबत उृगत व् यय को ििािने के जलए ृूवोक् त भूजम से

संबंजित सभी मानजचत्रों, चाटों और अन् य िस्ट् तावेिों को ृररित् त कर सकेगा,

S.O. 348.—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that coal is likely to be obtained from the

land in the locality described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

And, whereas, the plan bearing number CSPGCL/G&P/CBA/4/1, dated the 24^th November,2020

containing details of the areas of land described in the said Schedule may be inspected at the office of the Chief

General Manager (Exploration Division), Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited, Gondwana Place,

Kanke Road, Ranchi (Jharkhand) Pincode-834031 or at the office of the Coal Controller, 1, Council House

Street, Kolkata-700001 or at the office the Executive Engineer – (Civil) Dn- I / Executive Engineer - (Civil)

Dn- II / Additional Chief Engineer (Civil), Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited, CSPGCL

Coal Block Katghora at HTPS Korba Weat, District Korba (C.G.) - 495450 or at the office of District Collector,

District Korba (Chhattisgarh);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing

Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the

Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to prospect for coal from the land described in the said

Schedule;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may –

(i)

object to the acquisition of the whole or any part of the land or of any rights in or over such land;

(ii)

claim compensation under section 6 of the said Act for any damage caused or likely to be caused

by any action taken under sub-section (3) of section 4 thereof; or

(iii) claim compensation under sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act in respect of prospecting

licenses ceasing to have effect or under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act for mining

lease ceasing to have effect and deliver all maps, charts and other documents relating to the

aforesaid land to show the expenditure incurred in respect of items specified in clauses (i) to (iv)

of sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act,

to the officer of the Executive Engineer – (Civil) Dn- I / Executive Engineer - (Civil) Dn- II/Additional Chief

Engineer (Civil) CSPGCL Coal Block Katghora at HTPS Korba Weat, District Korba (C.G.) - 495450 within a

period of ninety days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में जितबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त,-

(i)

सम्ृूणि भूजम या उसके दकसी भाग या उक्त भूजम में या उसके ऊृर दकसी अजिकार के अििन प्रजत

आक्षेृ कर सकेगा; अ वा

(ii ) उक्त अजिजनयम की िारा 4 की उृ-िारा (3) के अिीन की गई कारिवाई से हुई दकसी क्षजत या

संभाजवत क्षजत उक्त अजिजनयम की िारा 6 के अिीन दकसी नुकसानी के जलए प्रजतकर का िावा कर

सकेगा; अ वा

(iii) उक्त अजिजनयम की िारा 13 की उृ - िारा (1) के अिीन प्रभाविीन िो गई ृूवेक्षण अनुज्ञजप्त के

संबंि में या उक्त अजिजनयम की िारा 13 की उृ - िारा (4) के अिीन प्रभाविीन िो गये नन ृट्टे

के जलए प्रजतकर का िावा कर सकेगा और उक्त अजिजनयम की िारा 13 की उृिारा (1) के ण्ड (i)

से ंड (iv) में जवजनर्ििष्ट मिों के संबंि में उृगत व्यय को उृिर्िित करने के जलए ृूवोक्त भूजम से

संबंजित सभी मानजचत्रों, चाटों और अन्य िस्ट्तावेिों को,

इस अजिसूचना के रािृत्र में प्रकािन की तारी से नब्बे दिनों के भीतर, मिाप्रबंिक, सेंरल

कोलफील््स जलजमटेड, जिला रामग (झार ण्ड) या मिाप्रबंिक, सेंरल कोलफील््स जलजमटेड, भूजम और रािस्ट्व

जवभाग, िरभंगा िाउस, रााँची – 834029 (झार ण्ड) को ृररित्त कर सकेगा ।

S.O. 349.—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that coal is likely to be obtained from the

land in the locality described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

And, whereas, the plan bearing number Rev/08/2021, dated the 27^th February, 2021, containing details

of the areas of land described in the said Schedule may be inspected at the office of the Central Coalfields

Limited (Land and Revenue Department), Darbhanga House, Ranchi- 834029 (Jharkhand) or at the office of the

General Manager, Central Coalfields Limited, Hazaribagh Area, District - Ramgarh (Jharkhand) or at the office

of the Deputy Commissioner, District - Ramgarh (Jharkhand) or at the office of the General Manager

(Exploration Division), Central Mine Planning and Design Institute, Gondwana Palace, Kanke Road, Ranchi

(Jharkhand) or at the office of the Coal Controller, 1, Council House Street, Kolkata- 700 001;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing

Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the

Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to prospect for coal in land described in the said

Schedule.

Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, -

(i) object to the acquisition of the whole or any part of the land or of any rights in or over the said

land; or

(ii) claim compensation under section 6 of the said Act for any damage caused or likely to be

caused by any action taken under sub-section (3) of section 4 of the said Act; or

(iii) claim compensation under sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act in respect of prospecting

license ceasing to have effect or under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act, for mining

lease ceasing to have effect and deliver all maps, charts and other documents relating to the

aforesaid land to show the expenditure incurred in respect of items specified in clauses (i) to (iv)

of sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act,

to the office of the General Manager, Central Coalfields Limited, Hazaribagh Area, District- Ramgarh

(Jharkhand) or General Manager, Central Coalfields Limited, Land and Revenue Department, Darbhanga

House, Ranchi- 834029 (Jharkhand) within a period of ninety days from the date of publication of this

notification.
