और नौसेना (समूि ‘ग’ और समूि ‘घ’) सफाई कममचारी भती जन म, 1981 को, ििां तक इसका सम्बन्ि स्ट्वास्ट््
अिीक्षक, स्ट्वास्ट्् जनरीक्षक, प्रिान बेगारी और बेगारी से िै उन बातों के जसवा अजिक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्िें ऐसे
अजिक्मण से ृूवम दक ा ग ा िै ा करने का लोृ दक ा ग ा िै, एकीकषत मु् ाल , रक्षा मंत्राल नौसेना में, समूि
‘ग’ (सफाई कममचारी) ृिों ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजन म करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जन म बनाते िैं, अ ामत्:-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ : (1) इन जन मों का संजक्षप्त नाम एकीकषत मु् ाल , रक्षा मंत्राल (नौसेना),
समूि ‘ग’ ृि (सफाई कममचारी) भती जन म, 2022 िै।
(2) े रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवषत्त िोंगे ।

2.

वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर ा वेतनमान वें िोंगे िो इन जन मों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िमष्ट
िैं।
3.
भती की ृद्धजत, आ ु सीमा, अिमताएं आदि – भती की ृद्धजत, आ ु सीमा, अिमताएं और उससे संबंजित अन्
बातें वे िोंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) में जवजनर्िमष्ट िैं।
4.
जनरिमता – वि व्यजि –
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका ृजत ा जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दक ा िै; ा जववाि की संजविा
की िै ा
(ख) जिसने अृने ृजत ा अृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दक ा िै, ा जववाि की
संजविा की िै
उि ृि ृर जन ुजि का ृात्र निीं िोगा :
ृरन्तु दि केंद्री सरकार का ि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्
ृक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वी जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञे िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन् आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस
जन म के प्रवतमन से छूट िे सकेगी।
5.
जिज ल करने की िजि – ििााँ केन्द्री सरकार की ि रा िै दक ऐसा करना आवश् क ा समीचीन िै,
विााँ वि उसके जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जन मों के दकसी उृबंि को दकसी वगम ा प्रवगम के
व्यजि ों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिज ल कर सकेगी।
6.
व्यावषजत्त – इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आ ु-सीमा में छूट और अन् ट्रर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं
डालेगी, जिनका केंद्री सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में सम -सम ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत
िाजत ों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजत ों, अन् जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवम सैजनकों और अन् जविेष प्रवगम के व्यजि ों के जलए
उृबंि करना अृेजक्षत िै।

S.R.O. 31.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of
India and in supersession of the Indian Navy, (Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’), Sanitary Staff Recruitment Rules,
1981, in so far as they relate to the posts of Health Superintendent, Health Inspector, Head Begary and Begary
except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the
following rules regulating the method of recruitment for Group ‘C’ (Sanitary Staff) posts in Integrated
Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of
Defence(Navy) Group ‘C’ posts (Sanitary Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said posts, their
classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the
Schedule annexed to these rules.
3.
Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit,
qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4.
Disqualification.- No person, -
(a)
who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b)
who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the
personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so
doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5.
Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do
so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with
respect to any class or category of persons.
6.
Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, the ex-
Servicemen and the other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central
Government from time to time in this regard.
