जनरिगता.— वि व्यजि—

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका ृजत या जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत िज, जववाि दकया िज या जववाि की संजविा की िज,

या

( ) जिसने ाृने ृजत या ाृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िज या जववाि की संजविा

की िज,

ृरंतु यदि केंरीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के ान्य ृक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के ािीन ानुज्ञेय िज और ऐसा करने के जलए ान्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के

प्रवतगन से छूट िे सकगी।

जिज ल करने की िजि .— ििां केंरीय सरकार की यि राय िज दक ऐसा करना आवश् यक या समीचीन िज विां

वि उसके जलए कारण िज ले बध्ि करके त ा संज लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिग करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंि को

दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व् यजियों की बाबत आिेि ्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी।

व्यावषजत.— इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और ान्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव निीं

डालेगी, जिनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में समय-समय ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजचत िाजतयों,

ानुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, ान्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और ान्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंि करना

आरएन एवं आरएम) के प ृ में रजिस्ट्टडग

(iii) उृरोि (ब) (i) में उजल्लज त िेजक्षक ािगता को प्राप्त करने के ृश्चात,

कम से कम 50 जबस्ट्तरों के ास्ट्ृताल में कायग करने का एक वषग का

ानुभव ।

ान् य संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक ृिले िांरत दकसी ान् य काडर बा्

New Delhi, the 20th June, 2022

G.S.R. 84.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Staff Nurse in the

Central Academy for Police Training, Bhopal under the Bureau of Police Research and Development, Ministry of

Home Affairs, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Central Academy for Police Training, Bhopal

(Staff Nurse) Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. —The number of post, its classification and the

level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. —The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualifications.—No person, —

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing,

exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special

categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

department;

and

(b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:

(A)(i) Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Nursing from a recognised

university or institute;

regular course in Bachelor of Science Nursing from a recognised

university or institute;

Post basic Bachelor of Science Nursing from a recognised university or

institute; and

(ii) registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife (RN or RN and RM)

with State Nursing Council.

(B)(i) Diploma in General Nursing Mid-wifery from a recognised

Board or Council;

(ii) registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife (RN or RN

and RM) from State Nursing Council; and

(iii) one year’s experience in minimum fifty bedded hospital

after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned

at B(i) above.

Note 1: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in

another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in

the same or some other organisation or department of the Central

Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

Note 2: The Maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall

be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the last date of receipt of

applications.

(रु. 44,900 -1,42,400/-) के ृि ृर िो वषग जनयजमत सेवा की िो; और

( ) जिनके ृास जनम्नजलज त िजक्षजणक ािगताएं और ानुभव िो -

आवश्यक

(i)

दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से बजचलर जडग्री।

(ii) प्रजिक्षण प्रिान करने, र र ाव और ंरकोड के जवश्लेषण के क्षेत्र में

ृुजलससंग में प्रौद्योजगकी के उृयोग के क्षेत्र में तीन वषग का ानुभव और

जिन्िोने भारत या जविेि में प्रजिक्षण के प्रजिक्षण का कोसग दकया िो।

वांछनीय:—

(i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्ट् ान से एम.एस. आँदफस, वेब सर्फिंग, ई-मेल के प्रयोग में

प्रमाण ृत्र य़ा जडप्लोमा।

ंटप् ृण 1.— प्रजतजनयुजि की ावजि जिसके ांतगगत केंरीय सरकार या दकसी ान् य

संगठन ा वा जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक ृिले िांरत दकसी ान् य काडर बा्

ृि ृर प्रजतजनयुक् त की ावजि के सािारणतया तीन वषग से ाजिक निीं िोगी।

Deputation: Officers of the Central Government or State

Government or Union territories: -

(a) (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or

department; or

(ii) with five years’ regular service in the level-7 (Rs. 44,900-

1,42,400/-) in the pay matrix in the parent cadre or department;

and

(b) possessing the following educational qualification and experience:-

Essential:

(i)

Bachelors degree from a recognised University or

institute;

(ii) three years’ experience in the field of imparting training,

maintenance and analysis of records, use of technology in

policing and have done training of trainer Course in India

or Abroad.

Desirable: (i) Certificate or diploma in MS Office, web surfing, use of
