को, उन बातों के जसवा अजिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्रमण से ृूवव दक ा ग ा िज ा करने का लोृ दक ा ग ा

िज, (प्रिासजनक सिा क ‘ ’ और प्रिासजनक सिा क ‘क’) के ृिों ृर रक्षा अनुसंिान और जवकास संग न, रक्षा

मंत्राल भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनम न करने के जलए जनम्नजलज त जन म बनाते िैं, अ ावत् :—

ृिों की सं्‍ ा, वगीकरण और वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर—उि ृिों की सं्‍ ा, उनका वगीकरण और इसके

संलग्न वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर वे िोंगे, िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िवष्ट िैं।

उत्तीणव करने वाले कमवचाट्रर ों से ृिले

जवचार दक ा िाए।

(ii) वेतन मजट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-1 (18000-

56900 रु.) में ऐसे समूि ग कमवचारी में

S.R.O. 39.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and

in supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Group ‘C’

(Administrative Assistant ‘B’ post) Recruitment Rules, 2011, and the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research

and Development Organization, Group ‘C’ (Administrative Assistant ‘A’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2013, except

as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Administrative Assistant ‘B’ and

Administrative Assistant ‘A’ in the Department of Defence Research and Development, Ministry of Defence,

namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence

Research and Development Organisation, Administrative Assistant ‘B’ and Administrative Assistant ‘A’

(Group ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in the column (1) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, their classification

and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matter relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

5. Disqualification.—No persons,—

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts.

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.—Whether the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to

do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

S.R.O. 40.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and

in supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Administrative

Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2012, in so far as it relates to the post of Senior Administrative

Officer Grade-I, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Administrative

Officer Grade-I in the Defence Research and Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence, namely:—

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence,

Defence Research and Development Organisation, Senior Administrative Officer Grade-I (Group ‘A’ post)

Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment to the said post,

age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of

the said Schedule.

Disqualification.—No person,—

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who having a spouse living has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be

eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Whether the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient

so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public

Service Commission, and relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of

persons.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

S.R.O. 41.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and

in supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Administrative

Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ posts Recruitment Rules, 2012, in so far as they relate to the post of Senior Administrative

Officer Grade-II, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Administrative

Officer Grade-II in the Defence Research and Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence, namely:—

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence,

Defence Research and Development Organisation, Senior Administrative Officer Grade-II (Group ‘A’ Post)

Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its

classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the

Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment to the

said post, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5)

to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification.—No person, -

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who having a spouse living has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Whether the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient

so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public

Service Commission and relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of

persons.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

S.R.O. 42.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and

in supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Joint Director

(Administrative) and Chief Administrative Officer Group ‘A’ Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2013, in so far as they

relate to the posts of Joint Director and Chief Administrative Officer except as respects things done or omitted

to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of

recruitment to the Administrative posts in the Defence Research and Development Organisation, Ministry of

Defence, namely:—

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence,

Defence Research and Development Organisation, Joint Director (Administration) Post Recruitment Rules,

2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Name of the post, number, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said post

its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be specified in column (2) to (4) of the

Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the said

post, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to

(13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

Disqualifications.— No person,

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Whether the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient

so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public

Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time, in this regard.
