(i) इन जन मों का नाम रामृुर रिा ृुस्ट् तकाल सेवा भती जन मावली, 2022 िोगा।

(ii) े सरकारी रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवषत् त िोंगे।

2. अनुप्र ोग :— े जवजन म रामृुर रिा ृुस्ट् तकाल बोडग, रामृुर के अंतगगत सभी कमगचांर ों ृर लागू िोंगे।

बितें दक े जनम नजलजखत व् जि ों ृर लागू निीं िोंगे- :

(i) िो बोडग ्ारा ृूणगकाजलक रूृ से जन ोजित निीं िैं;

(ii) िो िजनक मििूरी ृर जन ोजित दकए गए िैं;

G.S.R. 110.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Rampur Raza Library Act, 1975 (22

of 1975) and in supersession of the Rampur Raza Library Service Recruitment Rules, 2002 and the Rampur Raza

Library Service Regulations, 2011, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

Rampur Raza Library Board with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following

regulations, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These regulations may be called the Rampur Raza Library Service

Recruitment Regulations, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Applications.—These regulations shall apply to all employees under Rampur Raza Library Board, Rampur:

Provided that they shall not apply to persons -

i.

not in whole -time employment of the Board ;

ii.

employed on daily wages;

iii.

whose services have been borrowed from Government Office or from the Institutions, unless the concerned

persons, with approval of the lending authority, opts to be governed by these regulations;

iv.

who are governed by special contracts with contain specified terms and conditions of service unless the

concerned person opts to be governed by these regulations.

3. Definitions. – In these regulations unless the context otherwise requires,–

a.

“Act” means the Rampur Raza Library Act, 1975( 22 of 1975);

b. “Appointing Authority” in relation to any post means the authority competent to make appointment

under regulation;

c.

“Board” means the Rampur Raza Library Board;

d. “Chairman’’ means the Chairman of the Board;

e.

“Director” means the Director of the Library;

f.

“Government’’ means the Government of India.
