G.S.R. 118.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage,

Toxicology Recruitment Rules, 2021, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage, Toxicology

Recruitment, (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage, Toxicology Recruitment Rules, 2021, in the

Schedule, against serial number 4, relating to the post of Deputy Director (Toxicology), in column (4), for

the entry “Level 11 in the pay matrix (Rs 66700-208700/-)”, the following entry shall be substituted namely:-

“Level 11 (Rs 67700-208700/-) in the pay matix”.

G.S.R. 119.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Government Health Scheme (Laboratory Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 1992, except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Medical Laboratory Technologist, in the Central

Government Health Scheme, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Central Government Health Scheme Organisation, Junior Medical Laboratory Technologist (Group ‘C’ Post)

Recruitment Rules, 2022.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification

and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.-The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification - No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such a marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to

any class or category of persons.

6.

Savings - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concession required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

Note 2: In the case of recruitment made through

employment exchange, the crucial date for

determining the age-limit shall be the last date up to

which the employment exchange is asked to submit

I. Essential qualifications :

(i) 12^th Class pass from a recognised Board with Science Subject and

(ii) Diploma in ‘Medical Laboratory Technology’ from the Central or State

Government recognised institution or University with one year relevant experience.

II. Desirable qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a Central Government or State

Government recognised institution or University.

Note 1: The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff Selection

Commission or competent authority in the case of candidate otherwise well qualified.

Note 2 : The qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion of the

Staff Selection Commission or competent authority in the case of candidates

belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Schedules Tribes, if at any stage of selection,

the Staff Selection Commission or competent authority is of the opinion that sufficient

number of candidates belonging to these communities possessing the requisite

experience are not likely to be available to fill up the posts reserved for them.

supersession of the Central Drugs Laboratory, Calcutta (Stenographer Grade-I, Grade-II and Grade-III) Recruitment

Rules, 1994, in so far as it relates to the post of Stenographer Grade-II, except as respects things done or omitted to be

done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment

to the post of Stenographer Grade-II, in the Central Drugs Laboratory, Kolkata, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Directorate General of Health

Services, Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Central Drugs Testing Laboratory, Stenographer Grade II

(Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, it classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such persons and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing,

exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to

any class or category of persons.

6. Savings. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government

from time to time in this regard.

supersession of the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Bombay Supervisor Vocational

Guidance (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 1988, in so far as they relate to the post of Supervisor, Vocational

Guidance, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes

the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Supervisor, Vocational Guidance in the

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai,

namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All

India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Supervisor (Vocational Guidance) (Group ‘C’ Post),

Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification andlevel in the pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it

may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

G.S.R. 123.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the North Eastern Council Secretariat, Shillong (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Secretariat Assistant in the Ministry of Development of

North Eastern Region, North Eastern Council Secretariat, Shillong, namely :-

1.

Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the North Eastern Council Secretariat,

Shillong, Senior Secretariat Assistant (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of said post, its classification and the

level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment to the said post, age-

limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid

Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.- No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules in respect of any

class or category of persons.

6.

Savings.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Schedule Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of

persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

class or category of persons.
