New Delhi, the 14th September, 2022

G.S.R. 126.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad (Cameraman) Recruitment Rules,

2017, in so far as they relate to the post of Cameraman, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before

such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Cameraman in the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad under the Ministry of Home

Affairs, namely :-

Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy Cameraman (Group C) Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification, Level in the Pay Matrix – The number of post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule annexed to these

rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment to the said post,

age-limit, qualification and other matters connected therewith shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the

aforesaid Schedule.

Disqualification.—No person,

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts.

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage, and that there are grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order, and for the reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect

to any class or category of persons.

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of ag-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen, other Backward Classes and

other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

Note1: Departmental Studio Attendant with minimum sixteen years

regular service in level-1, in the pay matrix and having the

qualification and experience prescribed for considering appointment

on deputation basis shall be considered along with outsiders. If the

departmental candidate is selected for appointment to the post is

shall be treated as having been filled by promotion.

Note 2: Period of deputation including period of deputation in

another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment

in the same or some other organization / department of the Central

Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

Note 3: The upper age-limit for appointment by deputation shall not

be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of

Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Staff Car Driver Grade I (Group ‘C’ Post)

Recruitment Rules, 2022.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

G.S.R. 128.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chingleput (Group C posts) Recruitment Rules,

1980, in so far as it relates to the post of Junior Field Investigator, except as respects things done or omitted to be

done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment

to the post of Junior Field Investigator in the Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu,

namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Junior Field Investigator (Group ‘C’ Post)

Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class

or category of persons.

Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government

from time to time in this regard.

course from a recognized institute and must have

been registered as a Health Visitor from State

Nursing Council.

Note 1: The period of deputation including the

G.S.R. 130.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Electricity Authority (Group D posts) Recruitment Rules, 1979, and the Central Electricity

Authority (Group D posts) Recruitment Rules, 1982 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Multi-Tasking Staff in the Central Electricity Authority, Ministry of Power, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement. –(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Power, Central Electricity

Authority, Multi-Tasking Staff, (Group ‘C’ Post), Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix – The number of the post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with person having a spouse living;

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provision of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.
