सािारण श्रेणी, स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर श्रेणी II और स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर श्रेणी I के ृिों से िज, उन बातों के जसवा अजिक्ांत

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—(1) इन जन मों का संजक्षप्त नाम राष्ट्री जृछड़ा वगग आ ोग, स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर (सािारण

श्रेणी), स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर श्रेणी II और स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर श्रेणी I (समूि ‘ग’ ृि) भती जन म, 2022 िैं।

(2) े रािृत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवषत्त िोंगे।

2. लागू िोना.— े जन म इन जन मों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ(I) में ा जबजनर्िगष्ट ृिों को लागू िोंगे।

3. ृि-सं्‍ ा, वगीकरण और बेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर.—उि ृिों की सं्‍ ा, उनका बगीकरण और इससे संलग्न बेतन

मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर िोंगे, िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ(2) से स्ट्तंभ(4) में जबजनर्िगष्ट िैं।

4. भती की ृ्जत, आ ु-सीमा, अिगताएँ, आदि. —उि ृिों ृर भती की ृ्जत, आ ु-सीमा, अिगताएँ और उनसे

संबंजित अन् बातें वे िोंगी िो अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ(13) में जबजनर्िगष्ट िैं।

5. जनरिगता.—वि व्यजि -

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका ृजत ा जिसकी ृत्त्नी िीजवत िज, ा जववाि दक ा िज ा जववाि की संजबिा

की िज: ा

(ख़) जिसने अृने ृजत ा अृनी ृत्त्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दक ा िज ा जववाि की

संजबिा की िज

उि ृिों ृर जन ुजि का ृात्र निीं िोगा :

ृरन्तु दि केन्री सरकार का ि समािान िो िाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन् ृक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वी जबजि के आिीन अनुज्ञे िज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन् आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जन म के

ृरवतगन से छूट िे सकेगी।

6. जिज ल करने की िजि .—ििां केन्री सरकार की ि रा िज दक ऐसा करना आव‍ क ा समीचीन िज, विां वि

उसके जलए िो कारण िज उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके इन जन मों के दकसी उृबंि को दकसी बगग ा प्रबगग के व्यजि ों की बाबत,

आिेि ्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी।

7. व्यावषजत्त .—इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आ ु-सीमा में छूट और अन् ंर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केंरी सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में सम -सम ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजत ों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजत ों, अन् जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और अन् जविेष प्रबगग के व्यजि ों के जलए उृबंि करना

अृेजक्षत िज।

अरुणाचल प्रिेि, जमिोरम, मजणृुर, नागालैंड, जत्रृुरा, जसदिम,

जिमाचल प्रिेि के लािौल और स्ट्ृीजत जिले त ा चंबा जिले के ृांगी

उृ-खंड, लद्दाख, अंडमान और जनकोबार ्ीृ समूि और लक्ष्ीृ

संज रा क्षेत्र के अभ् र् ग ों के जलए जवजित की गई िज ।

* दि 'सीिी खुली प्रजत ोजगता ृरीक्षा' ्ारा 'सीिी भती' की िानी

िज, तो आ ु सीमा 18 से 27 वषग िोगी।

दकसी मान् ता प्राप्त बोडग से 10 वीं कक्षा

उत्तीणग;

(ii) मोटर कार के जलए जवजिमान् चालन

अनुज्ञजप्त;

(iv) मोटर कार चलाने का कम से कम तीन बषग

G.S.R. 140.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the National Commission for Backward Classes (Staff Car Drivers) Recruitment Rules, 2001, in so far

as they relate to the posts of Staff Car Driver Ordinary Grade, Staff Car Driver Grade II and Staff Car Driver Grade I,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Staff Car Driver ( Ordinary Grade), Staff Car

Driver Grade II and Staff Car Driver Grade I, in the National Commission for Backward Classes, Ministry of Social

Justice and Empowerment , namely :-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the National Commission for Backward Classes,

Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade), Staff Car Driver Grade II and Staff Car Driver Grade I ( Group ‘C’ Posts)

Recruitment Rules, 2022 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (I) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, their classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any

class or category of persons.

7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.
