का.जन.आ. 59.—प्रािेजिक सेना अजिजनयम, 1948 के िारा 14 द्वारा प्रिान अजिकारों के अंतगगत केंद्र

िासन प्रािेजिक सेना जनयम, 1948 में जनम्नजलजखत सुिारणा करती िै:-

1.

संजक्षप्त िीर्गक एवं लागु िोने की जतजथ –

(1) यि जनयम प्रािेजिक सेना (संिोिन) जनयम, 2022 के िीर्गक से सम्बोजित िोंगे।

(2) यि जनयम भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित िोने वाली जतजथ से प्रभाव में आएँगे।

प्रािेजिक सेना जनयम, 1948 के अनुछेि 55 में जनम्नजलजखत सुिाररत अनुछेि पररवर्तगत दकये िाएंगे :-

कमीिन प्राप्त करने िेतु आयोजित प्रारंजभक साक्षात्कार सजमजत में सजम्मजलत िोने में सुजविा प्रिान करने

िेतु सुिाररत कर क्षेत्र -5 का जनमागण दकया गया था। उपरोक्त जनमागण सां. जन. आ. 37 दिनांक 11

अगस्ट्त, 2010 के प्रकाजित िोने की जतजथ से वत्तगमान जतजथ के मध्य कालाविी में घरटत दकसी भी भती

एवं स्ट्थानांतरण पर दकसी भी प्रकार का प्रभाव निीं डालता िै । 11 अगस्ट्त, 2010 से वतगमान जतजथ तक

घरटत भती एवं स्ट्थानांतरण आदि जवर्यो के सन्िभग िेतु िम्मू और क‍मीर क्षेत्र -1 का िी भाग माना

िाएगा ।

S.R.O. 59.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Territorial Army Act, 1948 (56

of 1948), the Central Government hereby make the following amendments further to amend the Territorial

Army Regulations, 1948, namely :-

1.

Short title and commencement. - (1) These regulations may be called the Territorial Army

(Amendment) Regulations, 2022.

(2)

They shall come in to force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Territorial Army Regulations, 1948, for paragraph 55, the following paragraph shall be

substituted, namely:-

“55. Recruiting-Zonal-Divisions. – Recruiting will be on Zonal basis as under:-

Note : The creation of Zone-V by amending Para 55 of the Territorial Army Regulations, 1948 (Revised

Edition - 1976) vide SRO 37 dated the 11^th August, 2010 was carried out with the sole purpose of

facilitating the conduct of Preliminary Interview Board in respect of the candidates of Jammu and

Kashmir for Territorial Army Commission within Jammu and Kashmir itself. The same creation,

however, bears no implication on the recruitment and transfers of the Territorial Army personnels, that

may have occurred during the period between the publication of the said SRO, dated the 11^th August,

2010 and today. For the purpose of recruitment and transfers with effect from dated the 11^th August,

2010 till today, Jammu and Kashmir be construed as a part of Zone-I only.
