का.जन.आ. 60.— राष्ट्रृजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के ृरन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,

रक्षा मंत्रालय, भारतीय वायुसेना में मास्ट्टर जिल्ृकार ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए

जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती हैं, अथाात् :-

1.

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.–(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, भारतीय वायुसेना, मास्ट्टर

जिल्ृकार (समूह ‘ख’ ृद) भती जनयम, 2022 हज।

(2)

ये राजृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2.

ृदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर.–उि ृद की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन

मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा, जो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

3.

भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहाताएं, आदद.–भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहाताएं और उस ृद से

संबंजधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उि/ृूवोि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं ।

4.

आरंजभक ग न.–ऐसे ृदधारी जो इन जनयमों के प्रारंभ की तारीख से ृूवा जनयजमत आधार ृर ृद ृर

जनयुि दकए गए थे, इन जनयमों के अधीन जनयुि दकए गए समझे जाएंगे और उनके द्वारा उि प्रारंभ की

तारीख से ृूवा उि ृद ृर की गई सेवा को ृट्ररवीक्षा अवजध, ृेंिन फायदों और अगले उच्च ग्रेड में प्रोन्नजत

का जवजनश्चय करने के जलए गणना में जलया जाएगा ।

5.

जनरहाता .– वह व्यजि , –

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जजसका ृजत या जजसकी ृत्नी जीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह करने की

संजवदा की हज ; या

(ख) जजसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज, या जववाह करने

की संजवदा की हज,

उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा :

ृरन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह उस व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य

ृक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस

जनयम के प्रवतान से छूट दे सकेगी।

6.

जिजथल करने की िजि.–जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज, वहां

वह उसके जलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिा करके, इन जनयमों

के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

7.

व्यावृजत्त.–इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं

डालेगी, जजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार

अनुसूजचत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जृछडे वगों, भूतृूवा सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के

व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध करना अृेजक्षत हज ।

जाएगा ।

प्रोन्नजत : वेतन मजट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-5 (`29200-92300) में ऐसे अजतकुिल कमाकार श्रेणी-I जजन्होंने समुजचत श्रेणी में

6 वषा की जनयजमत सेवा यूजनट या स्ट्थाृन में की हो और यथाजवजहत जवभाग द्वारा दो से चार सप्ताह का आज्ञाृक

प्रजिक्षण सफलताृूवाक ृूरा दकया हो ।

ट्रटप्ृण : जहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, जजन्होंने अृनी अहाक या ृात्रता सेवा ृूरी कर ली हज, प्रोन्नजत के जलए

जवचार दकया जा रहा हो, वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जवचार दकया जाएगा ृरंतु यह तब जब दक उसके

द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहाक या ृात्रता सेवा, अृेजक्षत अहाक या ृात्रता सेवा के आधे से अजधक से या दो वषा से, इनमें से

जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अृने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत, जजन्होंने ऐसी अहाक या ृात्रता सेवा ृहले ही

ृूरी कर ली हज, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अृनी ृट्ररवीक्षा की अवजध सफलताृूवाक ृूरी कर ली हो ।

प्रजतजनयुजि (जजसके अंतगात अल्ृकाजलक संजवदा भी हज ।) :

केंरीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र या सावाजजनक क्षेत्र उृक्रम या मान्यताप्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान या

जवश्वजवद्यालयों या कानूनी या स्ट्वायत्त संग न से ऐसे अजधकारी :-

(क) (i)

जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार ृर सादृश्य ृद धारण दकया हुआ हज, या

(ii)

जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर-5 (` 29200-92300) में जनयुजि के ृश्चात् उस

श्रेणी में 6 वषा की जनयजमत सेवा की हो, या

(ख)

जो जनम्नजलजखत िजक्षक अहाताएं रखते हों :-

आवश्यक : दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त संस्ट्थान से समुजचत व्यवसाय में प्रमाणृत्र ृाठ्यक्रम ।

ट्रटप्ृण 1: ृोषक प्रवगा के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी, जो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी ृंजि में हैं, प्रजतजनयुजि ृर जनयुजि के

जलए जवचार दकए जाने के ृात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए

जाने के ृात्र नहीं होंगे ।

ट्रटप्ृण 2: प्रजतजनयुजि (जजसके अंतगात अल्ृकाजलक संजवदा भी हज) की अवजध, जजसके अंतगात केन्रीय सरकार के

उसी या दकसी अन्य संग न या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ीक ृहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य ृद ृर

प्रजतजनयुजि (जजसके अंतगात अल्ृकाजलक संजवदा भी हज) की अवजध हज, साधारणतया तीन वषा से अजधक नहीं होगी ।

ट्रटप्ृण 3: प्रजतजनयुजि (जजसके अंतगात अल्ृकाजलक संजवदा भी हज) द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु-सीमा

आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 वषा से अजधक नहीं होगी ।

यदद जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत हज, तो उसकी संरचना ।

New Delhi, the 28th October, 2022

S.R.O. 60.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Master

Craftsman in the Indian Air Force, Ministry of Defence, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence,

Indian Air Force, Master Craftsman (Group ‗B‘ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2)

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.–The number of the said post, its

classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4)

of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.–The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of

the said Schedule.

4.

Initial Constitution.–The personnel holding the posts on regular basis, on the date of commencement

of these rules, shall be deemed to have been appointed under these rules and the services rendered by

them in the said post on regular basis before the said commencement shall be taken into account for

deciding their probation period, pensionery benefits and eligibility for promotion to the next higher

grade.

5.

Disqualification.– No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for

appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so

doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6.

Power to relax .–Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so

to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union

Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

7.

Saving.–Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes,

the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the

Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Promotion: From amongst Highly Skilled Worker Grade-I of appropriate trade in level-5 in the pay matrix (Rs

29200-92300) with six years regular service in the unit or establishment and having two to four weeks

mandatory training as prescribed by the department.

Note: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for

promotion their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or

eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and

have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their

juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service.

Deputation (including short-term contract):

Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or the Union territories or public sector undertakings

or recognised research institutions or Universities or statutory or autonomous organisation, -

(a)

(i)

holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii)

with six years‘ service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in level-5 in

the pay matrix (Rs 29200-92300) in the parent cadre or department; and

(b)

possessing the following educational qualifications, namely:-

Essential: Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the appropriate trade from a recognised institute.

Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be

eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for

consideration for appointment by promotion.

Note 2: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately

preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government

shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

Note 3: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the

last date of receipt of applications.

ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती हैं, अथाात्:-

1.

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रांरभ - (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और जवकास

संग न, मु्‍य प्रिासजनक अजधकारी समूह ‘क’ ृद) भती जनयम 2022 हज।

(2)

ये राजृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृद की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर- उि ृद की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन

मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर वे होंगे, जो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

3.

भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहाताएं, आदद – उि ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहाताएं और उससे

संबंजधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

S.R.O. 61.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation,

Joint Director (Administrative) and Chief Administrative Officer Group ‗A‘ Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2013, in

so far as they relate to the post of Chief Administrative Officer, except as respects things done or omitted to be

done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of

recruitment to the post of Chief Administrative Officer in the Defence Research and Development Organisation,

Ministry of Defence, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence,

Defence Research and Development Organisation, Chief Administrative Officer (Group ‗A‘ Post) Recruitment

Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. -The number of the said post, its

classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the

Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

4.

Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so

doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to

do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

1.

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रांरभ

(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और जवकास

संग न, आिुजलजृक श्रेणी-I ृद भती जनयम, 2022 हज।

(2) ये राजृत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर.-ृदों की सं्‍या, उनका वगीकरण और इससे संलग्न

वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर वे होंगे, जो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

3.

भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहाताएं, आदद.-भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहाताएं और उससे संबंजधत अन्य

बातें वे होंगी जो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

4.

जनरहताा.- वह व्यजि

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से जजसका ृजत या जजसकी ृत्नी जीजवत हैं, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की हज; या

(ख) जजसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए, दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की

हज। उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा:

ृरन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य

ृक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस

जनयम के प्रवतान से छूट दे सकेगी ।

5.

जिजथल करने की िजि.- जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज, वहां

वह उसके जलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिा करके इन जनयमों

के दकसी भी उृबंध को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6.

व्यावृजत्त.- इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं

डालेगी, जजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार

अनुसूजचत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जृछडे वगों, भूतृूवा सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के

व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध करना अृेजक्षत हज।

S.R.O. 62.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and

in supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Senior Private

Secretary, Private Secretary and Stenographer Grade-I posts Recruitment Rules, 2015 in so far as they relates to

the post of Stenographer Grade-I, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession,

the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment for the post of

Stenographer Grade-I in the Defence Research and Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence

Research and Development Organisation, Stenographer Grade-I post Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2.

Number of the posts, classification and level in pay matrix.-The number of said post, their

classification and the level in pay matrix, attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of

the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc.-The method of recruitment, age-

limit, qualifications and other matters relating there to shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of

the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualifications.- No person,

(a) who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;

shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do

so, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public

Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of

persons.

6.

Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes,

the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the

Central Government from time to time.

रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और जवकास संग न में आिुजलजृक श्रेणी-II के ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन

करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती हैं, अथाात् :-

1.

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.-(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और जवकास

संग न, आिुजलजृक श्रेणी-II (समूह-‘ग’ ृद) भती जनयम, 2022 हज।

(2) ये राजृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृद सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर.-उि ृद की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और इससे संलग्न

वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा, जो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट

हैं।

3.

भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहाताएं, आदद.-उि ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहाताएं और उससे

संबंजधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

4.

जनरहाता – वह व्यजि,-

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से जजसका ृजत या जजसकी ृत्नी जीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की हज; या

(ख) जजसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की

हज, उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा :

ृरन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य

ृक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस

जनयम के प्रवतान से छूट दे सकेगी।

5.

जिजथल करने की िजि.–जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज, वहां

उसके जलए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखाबद्ध करके तथा इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के

व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6.

व्यावृजत्त.-इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं

डालेगी, जजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार

अनुसूजचत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जृछडे वगों, भूतृूवा सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के

व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध करना अृेजक्षत हज।

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.-The number of the said post, its classification

and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule

annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.-The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of

the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.- No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for

appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.-Whether the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so

to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of

these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes,

the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the

Central Government from time to time.

S.R.O. 64.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and

Development Organisation Senior Private Secretary and Private Secretary posts Recruitment Rules, 2022.

1.

Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence

Research and Development Organisation, Senior Private Secretary and Private Secretary posts

Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Senior Private

Secretary and Private Secretary posts Recruitment Rules, 2022.

In the Schedule, against the post of Senior Private Secretary in column (11),- under heading

―promotion‖ for the words ―five‖, the words ―two‖ shall be substituted.
