क्षेत्रीय कुष्ठ प्रजिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, रायृुर (भौजतक जिदकत्सा तकनीजियन) भती जनयम, 2005, को उन बातों
के जसवाए अजधक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अजधक्मण से ृूवग दकया गया हज या करने का लोृ दकया गया हज, क्षेत्रीय कुष्ठ
प्रजिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, रायृुर में भौजतक जिदकत्सा तकनीजियन के ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने
के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, अथागत् :-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और ृंरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, क्षेत्रीय कुष्ठ
प्रजिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, रायृुर, भौजतक जिदकत्सा तकनीजियन (समूह ‘ग’ ृद) भती जनयम, 2022 हज।

(2) ये रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृद-सं्या, वगीकरण, वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर- उि ृद की सं्या, उसका वगीकरण और इससे संलग्न वेतन मजंरक्स
में स्ट्तर वह होगा िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूिी के स्ट्तंभ (2) से (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हज ।
3.
भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहगताएं, आदद- भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहगताएं और उससे संबंजधत अन्य बातें
वे होंगी िो उि अनुसूिी के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हज।
4.
जनरहगता- वह व्यजि-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका ृजत या जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज, या जववाह की संजवदा की हज ; या
(ख) जिसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज, या जववाह की संजवदा की हज
उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा:
ृरन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य ृक्षकार को
लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन
से छूट दे सकेगी।
5.
जिजथल करने की िजि- िहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीिीन हज, वहां वह
उसके जलए िो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की
बाबत, आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।
6.
व् यावृजत्त- इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,
जिनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर िारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजित िाजतयों,
अनुसूजित िनिाजतयों, अन्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध
करना अृेजक्षत हज।

G.S.R. 171.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in
supersession of the Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute Raipur, (Physiotherapy Technician)
Recruitment Rules, 2005, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President
hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Physiotherapy Technician in the
Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Raipur, namely:-

Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,
Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Raipur, Physiotherapy Technician (Group ‘C’) Post
Recruitment Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
Number of posts, classification, level in the pay matrix.-The number of the said post, its classification and
the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule
annexed to these rules.
3.
Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.-The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications
and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4.
Disqualifications. - No person,
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal
law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, except
any person from the operation of this rule.
5.
Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so,
it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with
respect to any class or category of persons.
6.
Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required
to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen
and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from
time to time in this regard.
