सा.का.जन. 183.—राष्ट्रृजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के ृरन्तुक ्ारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और

केन्रीय कुष्ठ प्रजिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, चिंगलृेट (समूह ‘ग’ ृद) भती जनयम, 1980 को, िहााँ तक उनका संबंध

सहायक भौजतक जिंदकत्साजवद के ृद से हज, उन बातों के जसवाय अजधक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अजधक्मण से ृूवग दकया

गया हज या करने का लोृ दकया गया हज, स्ट्वास्ट््य और ृंरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, केन्रीय कुष्ठ जिक्षण और अनुसंधान

संस्ट्थान, िंेंगलृट्टु में सहायक भौजतक जिंदकत्साजवद के ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत

जनयम बनाते हैं, अथागत्:-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और ृंरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, केन्रीय कुष्ठ

जिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, िंेंगलृट्टु, सहायक भौजतक जिंदकत्सक (समूह ‘ग’ ृद) भती जनयम, 2022 हज।

(2) ये रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृद की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक् स में स्ट् तर– उि ृद की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और इससे संलग् न

वेतन मजंरक् स में स्ट् तर वह होगा िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूिंी के स्ट्तंभ(2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हज।

भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहगताएं, आदद– उि ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहगताएं और उससे

संबंजधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी िो उि अनुसूिंी के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

जनरहगता : वह व्यजि-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका ृजत या जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की हज;

या

(ख) जिसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा

की हज,

उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा:

ृरंतु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य

ृक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को

इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से छूट दे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजि: िहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीिंीन हज, वहां वह

उसके जलए िो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की

बाबत्, आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

व्यावृजत्त: इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर िारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजिंत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजिंत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध

करना अृेजक्षत हज।

(iii) सम्बद्ध रा य भौजतक जिंदकत्सा ृंरषद या जिंदकत्सा जिक्षा

महाजनदेिालय में ृाठ्यक्म रजिस्ट्रीकृत होना िंाजहए।

(iv) भौजतक जिंदकत्सक या सहायक भौजतक जिंदकत्सक या भौजतक

जिंदकत्सा तकनीजियन के रूृ में दो वषग का अनुभव।

ंटप्ृण 1: अहगताएाँ अन्यथा सुअर्थहत अभ्यर्थथयों की दिा में सक्षम

प्राजधकारी के जववेकानुसार, जिजथल की िा सकती हज।

ंटप् ृण 2: अनुभव संबंधी अहगता (अहगताएं) सक्षम प्राजधकारी के

जववेकानुसार अनुसूजिंत िाजतयो^ाँ और अनुसूजिंत िनिाजतयों के

अभ्यर्थथयों की दिा में तब जिजथल की िा सकती हैं िब िंयन के

दकसी प्रक्म ृर सक्षम प्राजधकारी की यह राय हज दक उनके जलए

आरजक्षत ंरजियों को भरने के जलए अृेजक्षत अनुभव रखने वाले उन

समुदायों के अभ्यर्थथयों के ृयागप्त सं्‍या में उृलब्ध होने की सम्भावना

नहीं हज।

ंटप्ृण: ृदधारी के प्रजतजनयुजि या लम्बी बीमारी या

अध्ययन छुट्टी या दकसी अन्य ृंरजस्ट्थजतयों के अधीन

प्रजतजनयुजि:

केंरीय सरकार के ऐसे अजधकारी:

(क) (i) िो मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार ृर सदृि ृद धारण

दकए हुए हैं; या

एक वषग या इससे अजधक अवजध के जलए बाहर रहने के

कारण हुई ंरजियां, केंन्रीय सरकार के ऐसे

अजधकांरयों में से प्रजतजनयुजि के आधार ृर भरी िा

सकेंगी :-

(क) िो मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार ृर

सदृि ृद धारण दकए हुए हैं; और

(ख) िो स्ट् तंभ (7) के अधीन सीधी भती दकये िाने

वाले व् यजियों के जलए जवजहत िजक्षक अहगताएं

और अनुभव रखते हैं।

(ii) केंरीय सरकार के अस्ट्ृताल या मान्यताप्राप्त संस्ट्थान में वेतन मजंरक्स में

स्ट् तर-4(25500-81100 रुृये) में जनयजमत आधार ृर सहायक भौजतक

जिंदकत्सक या भौजतक जिंदकत्सक तकनीजियन या मूल काडर या जवभाग में

समतुल्य;

(iii) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मजंरक् स में स्ट्तर-3 (21700-

69100/-रुृये) या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आधार ृर जनयुजि के ृश्चात उस

श्रेणी में ृााँिं वषग सेवा की हो; और

(ख) िो स्ट् तंभ (7) के अधीन सीधी भती दकये िाने वाले व् यजियों के जलए

जवजहत िजक्षक अहगताएं और अनुभव रखते हैं।

ंटप्ृण 1: ृोषक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी

ृंजि में हैं, प्रजतजनयुजि ृर जनयुजि के जलए जविंार दकए िाने के ृात्र नहीं

होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए जविंार

दकए िाने के ृात्र नहीं होंगे।

ंटप्ृण 2: प्रजतजनयुजक् त की अवजध जिसके अंतगगत केंरीय सरकार के उसी या

दकसी अन् य संग न या जवभाग में इस जनयुजक् त से ीक ृहले धांरत दकन् हीं

अन् य काडर-बाह्य ृद ृर प्रजतजनयुजक् त की अवजध हज, साधारणतया तीन वषग

से अजधक नहीं होगी।

ंटप्ृण 3: प्रजतजनयुजि ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु-सीमा आवेदन

प्राप् त करने के जलए अंजतम तारी़ को छप्ृन वषग से अजधक नहीं होगी।

यदद जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत हज, तो उसकी संरिंना

भती करने में दकन ृंरजस्ट्थजतयों में संघ

लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिग दकया

िाएगा

समूह ‘ग’ जवभागीय ृुजष्ट सजमजत(ृुजष्ट ृर जविंार करने के जलए) िो जनम्नजलजखत से

जमलकर बनेगी:-

1. अृर जनदेिक, केन्रीय कुष्ठ जिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान,

िंेंगलृट्टु – अध्यक्ष;

2. उृ जनदेिक(ऑथोृेजडक), केन्रीय कुष्ठ जिक्षण और अनुसंधान

संस्ट्थान, िंेंगलृट्टु – सदस्ट्य;

3. सहायक जनदेिक(सर्थिकल), केन्रीय कुष्ठ जिक्षण और अनुसंधान

संस्ट्थान, िंेंगलृट्टु – सदस्ट्य;

4. प्रिासजनक अजधकारी, केन्रीय कुष्ठ जिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान,

G.S.R. 183.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chingleput (Group C posts) Recruitment

Rules, 1980, in so far as they relate to the post of Assistant Physiotherapist, except as respects things done or

omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the

method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Physiotherapist, in the Central Leprosy Teaching and Research

Institute, Chengalpattu, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Assistant Physiotherapist (Group ‘C’ Post)

Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so

doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to

any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

direct recruits under column (7).

Note 1: The departmental officers in the

feeder category who are in the direct line of

promotion

shall not be eligible for consideration for

appointment by promotion.

Note 2: The period of deputation including

period of deputation in another Ex-cadre

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और ृंरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, केन्रीय कुष्ठ

जिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, िंेंगलृट्टु, जनिी सजिंव (समूह ‘ख’ ृद), भती जनयम, 2022 हज।

(2) ये रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृद की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक् स में स्ट् तर – उि ृद की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और इससे संलग् न वेतन

मजंरक् स में स्ट् तर वह होगा िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूिंी के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हज।

अजधक से अथवा दो वषग से, इसके िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने ऐसी

G.S.R. 184.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu (Senior Personal Assistant )

Recruitment Rules, 1992, in so far it relates to the post of Senior Personal Assistant, except as respects things done or

omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of

recruitment to the post of Private Secretary in the Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu,

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the

Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Private Secretary (Group ‘B’ Post) Recruitment

Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

से छूट दे सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि – िहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश् यक या समीिंीन हज, वहां वह

उसके जलए िो कारण हैं, उन् हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व् यजियों की बाबत,

G.S.R. 185.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu (Group ‘C’ posts) published in the

Gazette of India vide G.S.R No. 160 dated the 16^th February, 1989, in so far as it relates to the post of Physiotherapy

Technician, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes

the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Physiotherapy Technician, in the Central

Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Physiotherapy Technician (Group ‘C’ Post)

Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of said post, its classification and pay level

in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen or any other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

ृरंतु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह उस व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य

इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से छूट दे सकेगी।

उसके जलए िो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिग करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी

उृबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत्, आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

2. ृद - सं्‍या, वगीकरण वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर- उि ृद की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और उसका वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर

ृरन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य ृक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से

छूट दे सकेगी ।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि - िहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीिंीन हज, वहां वह उसके

जलए िो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि ्ारा

जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृजत - इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,

G.S.R. 187.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute at Gauripur in Bankura District, West Bengal

(Group 'C' and Group 'D' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1985, in so far as they relate to the post of Radiographer, except

as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following

rules regulating the method of recruitment for the post of Radiographer in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Gouripur, Bankura, West Bengal, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Gouripur, Bankura, West Bengal, Radiographer (Group ‘C’ post)

Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of said post, its classification and the

level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen or

G.S.R. 188.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Regional Leprosy Training Institute, Aska (Group 'D' posts) recruitment Rules, 1980, in so far as

they relate to the post of Ward-attendant, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Ward

Attendant (Multi-Tasking Staff) in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Regional Leprosy Training and

Research Institute, Aska, Odisha, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Aska, Odisha, Ward Attendant (Multi-Tasking Staff), Group ‘C’

Post, Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person. -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

केन्रीय ृंरवार जनयोिन क्षेत्रीय एककों/क्षेत्रीय स्ट्वास्ट््य कायागलयों (िंालक) भती जनयम, 1968 को, उन बातों के जसवाय

अजधक्ांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अजधक्मण से ृहले दकया गया हज या करने का लोृ दकया गया हज, स्ट्वास्ट््य और ृंरवार

कल्याण के क्षेत्रीय कायागलयों में, स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर (सामान्य श्रेणी), स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर (श्रेणी-II), स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर

(श्रेणी-I) और स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर (जविेष श्रेणी) के ृदों ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत

जनयम बनाते हैं, अथागत :-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और ृंरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, क्षेत्रीय स्ट्वास्ट््य और

ृंरवार कल्याण कायागलय, स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर (सामान्य श्रेणी), स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर (श्रेणी-II), स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर

(श्रेणी-I), और स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइवर (जविेष श्रेणी), समूह ‘ख’ और समूह ‘ग’ ृद, भती जनयम, 2022 हज ।

(2) ये रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. लागू होना- ये जनयम इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूिंी के स्ट्तम्भ (1) में जवजनर्ददष्ट ृदों ृर लागू होंगे।

ृदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक् स में स्ट् तर– उि ृदों की सं्‍या, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक् स में

स्ट् तर वे होंगे िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूिंी के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं ।

भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अन् य अहगताएं, आदद– उि ृदों ृर भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहगताएं और उससे

जनरहगता : वह व्यजि-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका ृजत या जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज अथवा जववाह की संजवदा की हज;

या

(ख) जिसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज अथवा जववाह की संजवदा

की हज,

उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा :

इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

वांछनीय : होम गाडग या जसजवल स्ट् वयंसेवक के रूृ में तीन वषों की सेवा।

ंटप्ृण: 1 अनुभव संबंधी अहगताएं अन्यथा सुअर्थहत अभ्यर्थथयों की दिा में, कारणों के जलए िो

सिस्त्र सेनाओं के ऐसे कार्थमकों ृर भी जविंार दकया िाएगा, िो एक वषग की

अवजध के भीतर सेवाजनवृत्त होने वाले हैं या ंरिवग में स्ट्थानांतंरत दकए िाने

वाले हैं और िो अृेजक्षत अनुभव और जवजहत अहगताएं रखते हैं । ऐसे व्यजियों

को उस तारीख तक प्रजतजनयुजि के जनबंधनों ृर रखा िाएगा जिस तारीख से

उन्हें सिस्त्र बल से जनमुगि दकया िाना हज जिसके ृश्चात उन्हें ृुनर्थनयोिन ृर

िारी रखा िा सकता हज।

ंटप्ृण 1: ृोषक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी

ृंजि में हज, प्रजतजनयुजि ृर जनयुजि के जलए जविंार दकए िाने के ृात्र नहीं

होंगे । इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए जविंार

दकए िाने के ृात्र नहीं होंगे ।

ंटप् ृण2: प्रजतजनयुजक् त की अवजध, जिसके अन्तगगत केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या

दकसी अन् य संग न या जवभाग में इस जनयुजक् त से ीक ृहले धांरत दकन् हीं

G.S.R. 190.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Family Planning Field Units/Regional Health Offices (Drivers) Recruitment Rules, 1968,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade), Staff Car

Driver Grade II, Staff Car Driver Grade I and Staff Car Driver (Special Grade), in the Regional Offices of Health and

Family Welfare, namely:-

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Regional Offices of Health and Family Welfare, Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade), Staff Car Driver Grade II, Staff

Car Driver Grade I and Staff Car Driver (Special Grade), Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Application. – These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, their classification

and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for

appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission and relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving .- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हज तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन

से छूट दे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजि :- िहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीिंीन हज, वहााँ वह उसके

जलए िो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिग करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध

(ख) जनम्न िजक्षजणक योग्यता एवं अनुभव की अहगता रखते हो :-

(i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोडग/संस्ट्थान से दसवीं कक्षा उत्तीणग,दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्ट्थान से खानृान में जडप्लोमा

अथवा प्रमाणृत्र।

(ii) अभ्यथी की योग्यता जनधागंरत करने के जलये खाना ृकाने का रेड कौिल ृरीक्षण आयोजित दकया िायेगा।

वांछनीय अहताग :-

दकसी सरकारी जवभाग में अथवा उृक्म में खानृान सेवा में दो वषग का अनुभव।

ंटप्ृणी 1. यदद िंयन के दकसी िंरण ृर सक्षम प्राजधकारी/कमगिंारी िंयन जवभाग की यह राय हो दक अनुसूजिंत िाजत या अनुसूजिंत

िनिाजत के जलये आरजक्षत ंरजियों को भरने के जलये इन समुदायों के अृेजक्षत अनुभव रखने वाले अभ्यर्थथयों के ृयागप्त सं्‍या में

उृलब्ध होने की संभावना नहीं हज, तो इन समुदाय के अभ्यर्थथयों के जलये अनुभव संबंधी अहगता, जलजखत में दिग दकये िाने वाले

कारणों से सक्षम प्राजधकारी/कमगिंारी िंयन आयोग के जववेकानुसार जिजथलनीय हज।

ंटप्ृणी 2. प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध, जिसके अंतगगत केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संग न/जवभाग में इस जनयुजि के ीक ृहले

ृांरत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य ृद ृर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध हज, साधारणतया 3 वषग से अजधक नहीं होगी।

ंटप्ृणी 3. प्रजतजनयुजि ्ारा जनयुजि के जलये अजधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 वषग से अजधक नहीं

होगी।

ंटप्ृणी 4. ृोषक संवगग के ऐसे अजधकारी िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी ृंजि में हैं, प्रजतजनयुजि ृर जनयुजि के जलये जविंार दकये िाने के ृात्र

G.S.R. 191.–In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public

to the post of Halwai-cum-Cook, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and

Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, National Sugar Institute, Kanpur (Halwai-cum-

Cook) Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Note 1.– The qualification regarding experience is relaxable at the discretion of the Central Government, for reasons

to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, if at any

stage of selection, the Central Government is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates belonging to these

communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for

मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा,िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूिंी के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ(4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

ृरन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य ृक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के

प्रवतगन से छुट दे सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि–िहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीिंीन हज, वहां वह उसके

जलए िो कारण हज, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिग करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी

वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावृजत्त–इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छुट और अन्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,

जिन्होंने जनयजमत आधार ृर जनयुजि के ृश्चात उस श्रेणी में ृांिं वषग जनयजमत सेवा की हज और जिन्होंने सजिंवालय प्रजिक्षण और

प्रबंध संस्ट्थान या सरकारी मान्यताप्राप्त संस्ट्था से प्रिासन या स्ट्थाृन या जवत्तीय जवषय का एक सप्ताह का प्रजिक्षण सफलताृूवगक ृूरा

दकया हो।

ंटप्ृण- िहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, जिन्होंने अृनी अहगक या ृात्रता सेवा ृूरी कर ली हो, प्रोन्नजत के जलए जविंार दकया

िा रहा हो, वहां उनसे येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जविंार दकया िाएगा। ृरन्तु यह तब िबदक उनके ्ारा की गई ऐसी अहगक या

ृात्रता सेवा, अृेजक्षत अहगक या ृात्रता सेवा के आधे से अजधक से या दो वषग से, इनमें से िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अृने

ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत जिन्होंने ऐसी अहगक या ृात्रता सेवा ृहले ही ृूरी कर ली हज अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए, अृनी

ृंरवीक्षा की अवजध सफलताृूवगक ृूरी कर ली हो।

प्रजतजनयुजि ( जिसके अंतगगत अल्ृकाजलक संजवदा भी हज):

केंरीय सरकार या रा य सरकार या संघ रा य क्षेत्रों या ृजब्लक सेक्टर के उृक्मों या जवश्वजवद्यालयों या मान्यताप्राप्त अनुसंधान

संस्ट्थाओं या ृंरषदों या अधग-सरकारी या कानूनी या स्ट्वायत्त संग नों के अधीन ऐसे अजधकारीिः-

(क) (i) िो मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार ृर सदृि ृद धारण दकए हुए हैं;या

(ii) जिन्होंने मूलकाडर या जवभाग में वेतन मजंरक्स या समकक्ष स्ट्तर-6 (35,400- 1,12,400 रुृये) में जनयजमत आधार ृर

जनयुजि के ृश्चात् उस श्रेणी में ृांिं वषग की सेवा की हज; और

(ख) जिसके ृास दकसी सरकारी जवभाग या उृक्म में दकसी ृयगवेक्षी हजसयत में प्रिासन, लेखा और स्ट्थाृन मामलों में दो वषग का

अनुभव हो।

ंटप्ृण (1) ृोषक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी ृंजि में हज, प्रजतजनयुजि ृर जनयुजि के जलए जविंार दकए

िाने के ृात्र नहीं होंगे, इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए जविंार दकए िाने के ृात्र नहीं होंगे।

ंटप्ृण (2) प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध(जिसके अंतगगत अल्ृकाजलक संजवदा भी हज) केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संग न या

जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ीक ृहले धांरत दकसी अन्य कजडर बाह्य ृद ृर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध, साधारणतया तीन वषग से अजधक

नहीं होगी।

ंटप्ृण (3) प्रजतजनयुजि(जिसके अंतगगत अल्ृकाजलक संजवदा भी हज) ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु-सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने

की अंजतम तारीख को छप्ृन वषग से अजधक नहीं होगी।

G.S.R. 192.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry , Dairying and Fisheries, Central

Institute of Fisheries, Nautical and Engineering Training, Kochi, Senior Administrative Officer and Administrative

Officer Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Administrative

Officer in Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical and Engineering Training, Kochi under the Ministry of Fisheries,

Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Fisheries, namely:-

(1) Short title and commencement: - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry

and Dairying, the Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical and Engineering Training, Kochi, Administrative Officer

(Group ‘B’) Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

Disqualification.- No person,-

(a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living or

(b) Who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reason to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax

any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
