का.जन.आ. 68.—राष्ट्रृजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के ृरंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा

मंत्रालय, सिस्त्र सेना जिदकत्सा सेवा महाजनदेिालय, सिस्त्र सेना जिदकत्सा सामान जडृो, भंडार स्ट्टाफ, समूह ‘ग’ ृद भती

जनयम, 2006 को, िहां तक इसका संबंध भंडार स्ट्टाफ, समूह ‘ग’ के ृदों से हज, उन बातों के जसवाय अजधक्ांत करते हुए,

जिन्हें ऐसे अजधक्मण से ृहले दकया गया हज या करने का लोृ दकया गया हज, माननीय राष्ट्रृजत, रक्षा मंत्रालय,

महाजनदेिालय, महाजनदेिक सिस्त्र सेना जिदकत्सा सेवा में अधीक्षक (भंडार) और भंडारी (भंडार स्ट्टाफ, समूह ‘ग’ ृद)

भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, अथाात्:-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, सिस्त्र सेना जिदकत्सा सेवा महाजनदेिालय,

भंडार स्ट्टाफ समूह ‘ग’ ृद भती जनयम 2022 हज I

(2) ये रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे I

2. ृदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर – उि ृदों की सं्‍या, उनका वगीकरण तथा वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर

या वेतन मान वह होगा िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूिी के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं I

3. भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अन्य अहाताएं आदद – भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहाताएं और उससे संबंजधत अन्य बातें

वे होंगी िो उि अनुसूिी के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं I

4. जनरहाता :- वह व्यजि –

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका ृजत या जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत हैं, जववाह दकया हज; या जववाह की संजवदा

की हज; या

(ख) जिसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज, या जववाह की संजवदा की हज;

उि ृदों ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा :

ृरंतु यदद केंद्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य ृक्षकार को लागू

स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतान से छूट

दे सकेगी I

5. जिजथल करने दक िजि :- िहां केन्द्रीय सरकार दक यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीिीन हैं, वहााँ वह उसके

जलए िो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यजियों दक बाबत, आदेि

द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी I

6. व्यावृजत्त :– इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर िारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजित िाजतयों,

अनुसूजित िनिाजतयों, अन्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवा सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध करना

वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर–2 (रु 19900-63200) में भंडारृालों में से श्रेणी में आ वषा जनयजमत सेवा की हो ।

ट्रटप्ृण :

िहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में जिन्होंने अृनी अहका या ृात्रता सेवा ृूरी कर ली हज, ृदोन्नजत के जलए जविार दकया िा रहा हो

वहां उनके वट्ररष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जविार दकया िाएगा ृरंतु यह तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहाक या ृात्रता सेवा,

अृेजक्षत अहाक या ृात्रता सेवा के आधे से अजधक या दो वषा, इनमें से िो भी कम हो और उन्होंने अृने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत

उनकी उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अृनी ृट्ररवीक्षा अवजध ृूरी कर ली हो ।

केंद्रीय सरकार के अधीन ऐसे अजधकारी:

(क) (i) मूल संवगा या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार ृर सदृि ृद धारण दकए हैं ; या

(ii) जिसने मूल संवगा या जवभाग में स्ट्तर-2 (रु 19900-63200) या समतुल्य वेतनमान में जनयजमत आधार ृर इस

श्रेणी में जनयुजि के ृश्चात आ वषा की जनयजमत सेवा की हज ।

(ख) जिसके ृास जनम्नजलजखत िजक्षक अहाताएं और अनुभव हज:

(i) सामग्री प्रबंधन में जडप्लोमा या एक जवषय के प ृ में सामग्री प्रबंधन में जडप्लोमा या दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त

जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से फामेसी में जडप्लोमा या समतुल्य ; और जिदकत्सा भंडार जडृो में तीन वषा का अनुभव ।

S.R.O. 68.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Directorate General Armed Forces Medical Services, Armed Forces

Medical Store Depot, Storekeeping Staff, Group ‘C’ posts, Recruitment Rules, 2006, except as respects things done or

omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of

recruitment to the post of Superintendent(Store) and Storekeeper (Group ‘C’ Storekeeping posts) in the Directorate

General Armed Forces Medical Services in the Ministry of Defence, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Directorate

General Armed Forces Medical Services, (Group ‘C’ Storekeeping posts) Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of the said post, their

classification and the level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications etc. -The method of recruitment for the said post,

age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the

said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personnel

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rules.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Schedule Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government

from time to time in this regard.
